Travis is very a professional, knowledgeable, and kind person to work with. We have been going to Beltone for 5 years for hearing aids for my mom. She was very reluctant to try hearing aids because my dad had a few bad experiences and they never helped him. We are blessed to have found Beltone, and specifically Travis, to help my mom accept and love her hearing aids. She was able to keep them going for 5 years and recently upgraded them for more clarity, power and ability to charge them for 33 hours! They work so well and allow her to enjoy her life and her family at 86 years old! Thanks Travis and Beltone!

I can't say enough good things about this office. My mom has dementia so it can be trying to shout answers and questions, but everyone was so patient and kind. My daughter, by pure coincidence, had gotten her earbud stuck in her ear the night before; on a whim I ask if they could take a look while we were there with Mom, and they found it jammed deep and took it out as a courtesy. These are very very expensive hearing aids ($11,000?) but the care is incredible. I just hope the actual aids are half as good as this wonderful team.
Katherine called a few days before me and my sister’s scheduled appointments to confirm. We were greeted with a smile when we arrived. The wait wasn’t long and once we were seen and hearing tested, the results were discussed and options were given for hearing aids. I would definitely recommend Beltone for your hearing needs.
