Belvoir Pet Hospital reviews
13First time visit. The staff was friendly and professional. I have a new puppy and my regular vet hospital has closed. Costs are reasonable. The care she received was great.
I just love this practice! I've been with them for over 15 years. They are warm and caring, treating our dog as if he were their own. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Just the most caring and compassionate group if people - from the front-of-desk staff to the veterinarians. Have been taking my pets there since 1997 and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Can’t say enough great things about them.
Belvoir Pet Hospital has been taking care of our dogs since the mid-90s. Very responsive, kind, and thorough. I trust them all and wouldn't go anywhere else. Our lab mix (Penny) agrees!
I can't say enough about the staff and my Pet's veterinarian! Definitely a 5 star facility!
We just moved to Ohio and Baka gives two paws up for the great care the staff and Dr. Farkas showed during his first visit. Not only were they helpful in providing information on emergency hospitals in the area, should we need it, but Dr. Farkas was extremely insightful when it came to different medical concerns between Texas and Ohio. Not to mention they even gave Baka a toy at the end of the visit.
We really appreciated our care at Belvoir. Dr. Zucker was very gentle and thorough with our cat who was really put at ease. They explained everything thoroughly and even though there was an emergency who had come in at the same time as us, we were still given the same amount of care as any normal check up. Excellent shared decision making, and he walked us though reasoning for the plan and things to watch for. They also have very efficient onsite cytology where the technician can check a sample collected during the visit so we left with antibiotics to start instead of waiting on results and needing to come back for a prescription. Would definitely recommend Belvoir to others. They did require a $25 hold to schedule an appointment as new clients, which I believe is reasonable as it discourages no shows.
I had very pleasant experience with them. I take my dog there often. Vets are very explanatory and they always make you feel comfortable. Quick to response over the phone, and front desk is really helpful as well.
Been here a few times over the years and we always appreciate how patient and thorough everyone is whenever we have questions or need advice for our cat. Would definitely recommend this place
The front desk staff are all nice, and they employ Dr Banta. He is very kind and knows how to treat crazy cat ladies like me
Dr. Zucker and the vet techs were super nice and incredibly helpful. The reason I’m not bringing my dog back here is because of the front desk. Every time we have come here there has been no proper greeting. No “hi, how are you” just “can I help you” with no eye contact. Prices for everything other than neuter/spay are fair. They quoted us upwards of $900 for a neuter.
Quality of care is good, prices are $$$$ (quoted us $600-900 for a neuter), and front desk customer service is standoffish and rude (monotone, won’t even look at you while they’re talking to you, don’t act like they care for your business or dog)
Friendly, DR. BEN VERY CARING! GIRLS ARE EFFECIENT. A BIT EXPENSIVE for a limited income but they want to help our babies get better so they live well! Thank you so much!
