We've been renting from them for about 3 years now and I think personally that if you are to rent in Greenville to go through them. They are on time with assistance and paying the monthly payment is easier than ever with our digital era so I don't have to leave even the comfort of my own home they are good on maintaining things when we get ahold of them in their system and we've never had an outstanding issue. When we first came here our heat didn't work and it was late in the evening and they came out with some space heaters and fixed the furnace the following day.thanks y'all for being such friendly folks.

I have been renting from Benanzer’s just shy of 2 years. They have been amazing! Every person I’ve talked to from the owners to the maintenance workers have been nothing but friendly and professional. From my first phone call they have done nothing but be helpful to find me the perfect place for my family that fit in my budget. They worked hard and diligently to get it ready for us to move in. Anytime I’ve ever had any issues someone was there within a day to fix it! They really take pride in keeping their properties looking nice! I hope they keep buying more property in my area to help clean this town up! We definitely need more landlords like them!

The team at Benanzer continues to do a great job for us. They designed and built our home 4 years ago. Since then we've had them come back for some smaller projects and the big project of adding a sunroom. They are attentive to our ideas and make suggestions to make them reality. The quality of the work has been consistently good. We are so happy that we chose Benanzer and will continue to use them when the need arises. For us a house is always a work in progress. Thank you to the Benanzer Custom Homes family for building our dream home! We moved in Oct 1 and every time I walk through the doors, I fall more and more in love!

I don’t agree with the previous negative reviewer bc my husband and/or I visited weekly while they were building and sometimes workers were still on site. I took tons of pictures of the whole building process. If there was an issue, (which there will be with ANY build), Chris or Derrick were quick to respond and make sure our needs were met. We were also able to pick anything we wanted to truly make it custom (quarts counter tops, beams in the great room, option for shiplap, we even changed the layout of the main bathroom, kids bedroom and foyer closet). Any request or idea I had, Derrick was willing to make it happen.

We would recommend them to anyone!

The Bonds

My husband and I have worked with Benanzer Custom Homes on a couple different projects over the past couple years. We have always been provided with top notch service and quality products. They have gone above and beyond to give us an individualized solution. Their employees have always treated us great too! We highly recommend using them.

I would not use this. They rent to tenants and use shady practices. The are building houses at the old ste of South school. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM OR PURCHASE! THEY ARE NIT HONEST BUSINESS PEOPKE!

I am greatly disappointed in their professionalism I am presently living in a hotel right now with my family due to being homeless and we tried to apply for two of their homes one we were told in a rude tone that it had been rented and the other one we had the deposits we had to keep contacting them to see if we got the home, by the time they finally said we had the home we had to use the money to pay our hotel payment so we reached out to the Miami County abuse shelter for help getting the deposits but unfortunately they (Bananzer custom homes) told them that they wanted the money that day and they decided to go with another person so we are still homeless.
