5Nice place and you can access the river area mainly with boots. This area gets deep after a rain, so be careful. Some off road parking. Update.some "paved" off road parking. No restrooms. The white bark trees with golden leaves in Fall are gorgeous. This is a wide bridge in red shade. Easy trip to Jefferson, Ohio for food and restrooms. The lower field on the South side is flowers and great fall plants to wander through. Watch the pricker bushes in area.
Benetka Bridge is cool. The design and structure is great and the views up and down the river it sits over were great as we got to see the Spring season blooming.
It's amazing of the common sense that was put in the build of this bridge. I loved it.
Benetka Road covered bridge has always been one of my favorites during the covered bridge festival. We always enjoy the horse buggy rides and it's amazing that they give their time for free every year.
Benenka Rd Covered Bridge is a great place to swim and hike. Beautiful views of the Ashtabula river.
