Dr Taylor was kind and actually listened to me. He went out of his way to help me and I was very happy with the result.

Dr Taylor is a great doctor. He explains everything so the patient and their family can understand it. On the day of surgery, I felt assured that everything was going to be okay and it was. If you have problems or questions after surgery, the office is good to answer questions without making you feel stupid for asking. I highly recommend!

I had torn my clavicle from the sternum, and damaged my shoulder. Dr. Taylor, reattached it to the sternum and then stepped out and let Dr. Wiseman step in and repair the shoulder. They worked together so I only had to have anesthesia once.

Dr Taylor saved my arm and allowed me to be able to be able to use my shoulder today.
I am forever grateful.

Dr. Taylor is a respectful, compassionate, and understanding surgeon. He spoke to me in a caring and dignified way without speaking in "doctor-ese" or talking "down" to me, which I greatly appreciated. He answered all of my questions and calmed my fears about my upcoming surgery. He is a caring surgeon. He visited me before I was taken to the operating room to reassure me. I was surprised at this! Because I have had other surgeries and I didn't see the surgeon until I arrived in the operating room. That was one of the things I was really grateful about and still remember to this day ~ his genuine concern for me as a person, not just a patient!
