Bennet's Appliance, Orrville OH

I recently bought a refrigerator, washer & dryer and could not be happier with the products and service I received from Bennet's. The Salesperson, Grace, was extremely knowledgeable about the products and helped me land on my chosen appliances. Grace answered all of my questions while I was shopping, and I didn't feel pressured to go with one model over another. The customer service rep, Cathy, went over my warranty information and went above and beyond to answer my questions. The delivery crew were professional and my refrigerator and washer/dryer arrived quickly. Overall, I am thrilled with the service I received and will be purchasing appliances from Bennet's in the future.

My upright freezer died over the weekend. We ran to Lowes and Best Buy because they were open. They couldn't get one delivered till Friday. I knew Bennet's was closed but used the chat on their website. I got a message back right away that they were closed but they would let the sales person know my situation. I went in first thing Monday morning they were expecting me. They were so helpful and had one in stock. They called Ben the owner's son who is one of the delivery drivers to see if they could deliver it today. Ben said sure after they made their other 6 deliveries for the day. He went back to the store got my freezer and brought it out and set it up. He was so polite and friendly and explained everything to me. I really appreciate there help in my time of crisis. We would recommend them to everyone.

We have purchase appliances from Bennett’s many times over the last 24 years and have never been disappointed

Was looking to buy a Fridge and stumbled upon Bennet’s sale ad and went to check out the Fridge. I went on a cold Saturday in January and was very disappointed that the price advertised wasn't available and the staff was very rude so I left. Then I called Monday morning and asked to speak to the Manager about my experience. I explained how we are moving and in desperate need of a Fridge before our lease expires otherwise we won't be able to keep our food cold and how our family would be ever so grateful if they'd honor the price quoted and the Manager gracious agreed and later that week our new Fridge arrived within days of our lease expiring. It's been 4 months since we purchased our Frigidaire Fridge and have been very happy with it and loving how much room it has.

Buying local is always good and Bennett's is doing a great job! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing, and service available down the road as my appliances age.
