4Just moved in this weekend (8/4/23) and even though it was not in perfect condition the property manager, Amy went way above and beyond to correct as many issues as possible before I brought my things in. Jeff in maintenance has been responsive with my concerns as well and both seem to really care about the property. The rent is very affordable for the area and space you get in the townhome. As long as Amy and Jeff stick around, I am very happy to have chosen here to live.
Me and my husband are moving in here with one of our friends and Charlie was just so amazing! So bubbily and made sure we knew EVERYTHING we need to know about the application proccess to the credit checks and everything, man i can not explain how great of an experience it was to talk to him and get info hoping to get accepted into living here!
Reviewed for my elderly mother for possible relocation. It's not bad as it goes with todays market. Spacious and easy access to businesses and hwy.
Lighting needs revamping, very dark, and a major factor for those up in age. Also, having pets is an issue seeing a lack of yard and lighting security.
The outside looks terrible in disrepair and a lady was walking her dog said they overcharge on rent and are not responsive on her repairs.
