5 stars! We have now had three separate deliveries and all have been fantastic. We appreciate the professional delivery teams who are very polite, remove their shoes before coming in our home, and do an excellent job setting up new furniture.

Not sure why only one person was on the delivery truck to deliver a 294# bar cabinet!

The delivery reps were kind, attentive, and made sure I was happy. They took care in my home and even wiped some shoe prints from my wood floors. Well done!

The team that delivered our Arhaus sofa was extremely professional and helpful. Our house is still under construction after a house fire. The Berger Allied team took extra time to problem solve with the construction workers and painters the best place/room to put the sofa. They've been the best delivery service by far that we've dealt with and highly recommend them.

This was a large delivery with a 400 pound dresser amongst other things. The team was professional and meticulous. The leader ensured that the furniture and house were well cared for during the process. They did an exceptional job.

The two men delivering the sofa were quick and professional. They unpackaged and assembled the sofa before carrying it in the house and placing it in room. The sofa also arrived quickly.

They text the day before with a 2 hour window.
Called the day of and asked to move up delivery 2 hours.

I had a wonderful experience moving with Berger Moving and van lines. Debbie and Natalie were great. The movers were very respectful and highly professional. Took really good care of my stuff. I recommend them highly and would for sure use them again.

Seamless delivery. Alerted me to arrival 30 minutes before, arrived on time, and delivered and set up in less than ten minutes.

Delivered Arhaus furniture in timely fashion. Gave 2 hr.delivery window 2 days before delivery date and also called 20 minutes before arrival. On time and furniture arrived in perfect condition.

Crew was very professional and worked out all issues before trying to bring the furniture into the house. Worked hard and was very polite! Great job!

Furniture delivery arrived within the timeframe promised. I had a bigger order so that the total duration of assembly and “white glove” delivery took 2 hours. The problem is that it wasn’t white gloves and the movers didn’t wear booties before entering the house. The movers left styrofoam all over my house. Still no biggie and I tipped them anyways.

But after they left, I realize that during assembly that occurred on my driveway, the furniture was damaged. It was a concrete bench and one of the corner was blunted.

I would have appreciated that they own up to the mistake, so that I don’t take the delivery. Carelessness is one thing, being an escape artist is another. Now I have to go through extra steps to get this bench replaced.

The guys were great! Showed me how the table worked to lock in the leaves so they were super helpful. They were quick & efficient. Great service!

A super bowl ring was stolen by a Berger employee from a Pittsburgh NFL player, the employee was never fired and it was never found…
