Jennifer Berki is a horrible lawyer and I absolutely do not recommend her. I hired her to represent me in my custody case, she did a terrible job every step of the way. All she did was bill me all the time and literally accomplished NOTHING in about a years time. I fired her and hired a great lawyer out of Rocky River. He billed me at a higher hourly rate, but much less overall considering the time he spent on my case. Jennifer Berki said I had a very tough case and little likelihood of even receiving regular visitation. Now I have my child 50% of the time or more.
STAY AWAY FROM BERKI! You can thank me later.
Also, she'll have her terrible assistant do the work and bill you as if she did it.assistant is rude as can be.
