We excepted what we thought would be a fast easy close that turned into a nightmare.
Marina stayed on top of the buyers agent and lender and after 3 months we were able to close.

Jared was amazing he stuck through it with us through ups and downs and even at closing was amazing his team made sure we were good until the last signature, even when we had a horrible seller the team with Jared made sure we got our first home and it was amazing. I loved how this company works with you and you feel like family.so thank you Jared and team for an amazing experience on buying our first home.

Classic 'bait and switch' - Michael was VERY active in pursuing me so he could represent me, and once i signed the engagement letter he stopped responding to emails or calls. He lets his admin assistance respond from his email, in a way that makes you believe it is him. The phone number on those emails is a general number, NOT answered by Michael. He listed my property incorrectly, took him two months (and countless reminders from me) to get photos of the property taken, and REFUSED to release me, even after i asked multiple times.
I would not recommend Michael or his office to anyone. This is bad business for Berkshire Hathaway.

Our realtor Jared Kammer was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. He made himself very accessible to us & always got right back to me whenever I had a question (regardless of the time). Jared made everything so easy for us. His honesty & integrity were much appreciated! I would highly recommend Jared!

I can't say enough about how great Nicholas is! Along with being personable and professional, he demonstrated that he really wanted to do everything he could to sell my property. He was very informative of the process. One thing I appreciated most were the weekly update calls. Like clockwork, he called me every Friday to discuss the past week's activity, even if there wasn't any. He was always very encouraging on the calls and this really meant a lot because my property was hard to sell.

From the very beginning listing of my house, Holly was right there taking all the stress from me and taking care of everything. She is the very best! Holly took care of both the selling of our home and purchase of our new home. We were able to get full asking price within 6hrs of our house posting online (Zillow, Realtor, etc). In addition, the coordination of both purchase and sale of the homes was seamless. We were never left in the dark and felt comfortable throughout.
