Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty reviews
4Patricia was amazing, excellent service very professional, full of knowledge about realtor business. Definitely we will recommend her and Berkshire Hathaway!
First and foremost Joy Berquist is an amazing realtor. She helped my wife and I buy our house in Sandusky twenty years ago and I didn't hesitate to reach out to her recently when it was time to find someone help sell my parents house. I was pleased with the advice she provided and I really liked how she helped us come up with a fair way to quickly allow multiple bids on the property. She took the time to meet with us multiple times including to review all the offers. She took the time to explain the pros and cons of each one. We ended up selling the home for much more than we listed it for and I think all parties were satisfied.
I deducted one star from this review due to a policy that Berkshire Hathaway has that I don't care for. Joy was not able to share letters that prospective buyers had written when we were considering the offers. If I was starting over I would request to have Berkshire's contract altered. I don't know if that would work but it was upsetting enough that I would certainly try. In my opinion if someone takes the time to write a letter I believe it should be shared with the other party.
Jeff Smith has helped us both as a property manager and a sales agent, and has exceeded our expectations in both areas.
My realtor was very easy to work with and answered or researched all questions that I had. He maintained contact with me whenever I contacted him or whenever he needed to contact me.
