Panic lice mom! Kids and I never had lice before. Went to drug store, bought everything they had. Needless to say nothing worked. Went on my local school mom’s chat room and someone else did the same thing when they had lice. She told me she used Louis at Bernadette’s and talk to him about it. Called him and left a message. Within 5 minutes he called back. He talked to me for about 20 minute’s. He was so nice and made me feel better. Got me and family that night. Made me and my kids feel so much better and taught us how to prevent from not getting again. He was great with my daughter’s and made them laugh while treating them. We even got some home spray to delouse our home and a lice kit to treat them again. Thanks AGAIN!

I went here with my sister, we both ended up having it, We initially went for me and was only going to pay for one, but my sister got checked and ended up having it aswell. She was very upset because she wanted to pay for her hair Tuesday but was going to use her money to get rid of it instead. She was upset, but wanted it gone. At the end, he only ended up charging us for one! Great Guy and great service, I definitely recommend to come here to get rid of lice/nits!

Will never buy an at home treatment again! Louis is amazing! He met with us same day, made us feel very comfortable, and had endless knowledge! Worth the drive and highly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed by the service I received. I paid over $400 and when I needed to come in for a follow up treatment for my daughter and myself no one ever answered my call. They seemed flexible with time for the initial visit when you pay all the money then after that when you need to come back it was like no one was ever around I am a single mom of two with a limited budget and was battling head lice for 6-8 weeks and I ended up having to go to healthy heads in Olmsted when I live in canton to get our hair treated again and know can say I am free from head lice and so was my daughter.

Absolutely amazing! Lice, super lice, combs, combs with lights, ect none of it worked. I wasted a lot of money. Oil doesn't work, mayo don't work! Absolute CLEAR, WORKS! 100% recommend. Louis is amazing at calming moms and helping kids not feel bad.

Louis is really good at what he does he makes you feel like this is not a big deal and talks you through what to do until you understand. He supports follow ups until you feel good and confident. I highly highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Louis and Bernadette's Lice Removal. The level of comfort the center gave me was outstanding. I've never been so freaked out when I discovered my daughter and I had lice. Louis did everything to help us and rid us of these pesky bugs!

All they did was comb out my daughter's hair and charged me $220 and sent her home with lice and eggs in her head. I wouldn't waste your money.
