Best Buy reviews
15Love the whole team here! Nick, Larry, Alex are super friendly and are awesome and can help you with anything! They know how to make your shopping experience very enjoyable! Everyone has always been super friendly so it makes it easier To keep going back to this store for all your electronic needs! Keep up the good work guys!?
I don’t leave reviews, but my experience at best buy will lead me right back home to shop from amazon. My two children were with on a trip to look at computer monitors. We weren’t sure what we needed, and spotted and waved to two employees talking but must have been busy with other things. We decided on the $389 monitor which we took to the register, it was heavy. I should of got a cart but didn’t.
We waited till it was our turn, when one of those employees that ignored us brought another customer to the front of the line and told them you can cut to the front of us. When I made it to the counter, he asked if I found everything ok. I said, “yea by myself” he nodded, and cashed me out.
Needed some electronics and Best Buy was the first stop. Very PROFESSIONAL STAFF) Very knowledgeable and clear communication about all products I bought. Highly Recommend them and you'll not be disappointed)
I can't believe I had not shopped here sooner. I love the service, top products and the prices. If you want cheap junk with staff at is not helpful than this place is not for you. Great job
Staff doesn't care enough to help literally ever. The place is set up like a yard sale and is constantly disheveled and unkempt. If you do need help, just be sure you go in with a lot of extra time on your hands, as you're going to have to search for a long time to find an employee, and odds are they won't know what they're talking about anyways. Do your own research, go there to see if they have a display model of what you want, and then go on Amazon to purchase.
Even though we spent an hour in hunt of a capture card that we couldn't find, the bearded dude with the longer hair was super awesome and helpful. I'm so sorry I made you go on a goose chase haha
The staff is so helpful. Their knowledge immeasurable. Such a great place to shop for technology and more.
A gentleman helped me at the door so I wasted no time wandering. Told me about the Geek Squad when I asked but never tried to sell me any extra bs. I like this one.
The most terrible customer service ever. They act like they're doing you a huge favor by taking your money. Very strong sense of entitlement among the staff.
Too expensive. Saved $200 buying direct from HP.com. Also was able to customize my purchase.
Went in to look at refrigerators. At the door was asked is there anything we can help you with? Yes I am here to look at refrigerators Okay, we'll have someone right over to help you. 14 minutes later. (I know because I looked at the time) The sales person that was standing there looking on his phone finally walked over. Asked, is there anything we can help you with? Yes, I am interested in this refrigerator. Okay, we'll have someone over here shortly. After standing there 19 MORE minutes. I left. Yes there were sales people. They apparently were involved in their conversations with each other. No, not all of them appeared busy. Went elsewhere. Love my new fridge.
Walked into the store and guy informed us that if we found anything we wanted, we would have to come back to the front for a ticket. Then and only then would an employee be assigned to come over and help. What a weird way of doing business. Looked at the laptops and selection was really weak so we left. Sadly, it doesn't seem like there's much of a reason to go to Best Buy anymore.
I went to grab a car receiver and they said they sent all there inventory to boardman so if u want something basic go to the one in niles if u want something outstanding go to boardman
Needed a ew IPad charger but they didn't have the 1m so I settled for the. 5 which should work fine. Geek squad was very helpful with my repair estimates
While not my favorite local Best Buy (mainly because it is set up so different from my main store) 9 times out of 10 if the Boardman store don't have it Niles does at the cost of a 25 minute drive. At the end of the day it's Best Buy and who doesn't love electronics?
