They had the headphone jack adapter piece that I needed. No sales staff approached me to answer questions though, I had to wait for one to be available

Well, we bought all new appliances, and getting them delivered and installed correctly is not their strong suit. #nightmare

They really don’t price match. It’s always something with them… it’s raining today so we can’t price match this item. Blah blah blah

I like still a brick and moter store. You get to talk about the product with a sales associate. You get to touch and look at the quality. I talked with one associate and they gave me some great ideas and advice

Do you need something electronic? Are you in a hurry? Are you like me…from the “older” generation and are pretty much clueless? Then you’ve come to the right place! They never disappoint, and I walk out of the store with what I need. The service staff is great and never condescending.

Went to geek squad at holland ohio by airport hwy. Angyl was excellent and very helpful getting our laptop up and going!

I bought a smart TV from them and customer service was A+. These people are very caring and respectful. I'm definitely going to buy from them again.

Hey we worked with a sales adviser name Sienna and she was outstanding in her help in picking out a new soundbar for our 85 in tv. We told her the issues we were trying to solve and she got us perfect setup.

Good selection of nerdy merch, though some wasnt priced which was annoying. Staff was knowledgeable enough, lots of computer bits and as congested with stuff in the aisles like every other Best Buy

I didn't get her name, sorry, the young lady upfront was awesome in helping us figure out the power converter to buy! She looked them up automatically on her phone without me having to ask. Thanks for the amazing service! Plus the guy checking us out at the register was so happy too. I now love Best Buy again. Nice 180 We'll be back. 7: 30pm 10/31/23

Could not get anyone to help us when we went in the store at Spring Meadows. We had to order our tv online and pick it up at the store.

The one on Monroe better customer service, they greeted and asked everyone if they needed help but me hmmmm wonder why….

This place looks like it's maybe 30-60 days from shutting the doors. All the shelves were bare, hardly any stock in the store. Not worth a trip at all.

I bought an Airfryer at Best Buy, but for family reasons I had to travel to Europe the next day. As soon as I got back I tried to use it and noticed the fan wasn't working. I went to a Best Buy store in Maumee, OH and explained the situation. Despite the fact that the return period has expired (I think 3 days), I believe that my situation could be analyzed with more understanding, since I did not have the opportunity to try the airfryer before. It's unfortunate that Best Buy can't look at its customers as people, but as numbers. With this treatment, there is no point in buying in stores anymore. I can go to Amazon and pay less and probably get better service.

Shopping on a Saturday. Had money to spend on a specific product. For the life of us, we couldn't find an associate to help. After 30 minutes we left. They weren't even that busy.

Don't order online if you want anything in a timely manor!
3 sleeping kids and can drive an hour one way and back home before they can pull it off a shelf! Ordered 5 hours ago!

People must know when buying a gas dryer the installers don't know and cannot install the dryer if it isn't a half inch ball valve and needs the 3/8" adapter to hook it up. Had to pay $200 to a plumber to come hook it up. What a joke best buy installers and sales people are. If the sales people were trained and informed, all this could have been avoided and I would've bought the dryer from appliance center or somewhere where the installers know what to do and how to install what their company sells.

Very good experience, went in for a look, found a couple things I was looking for and got a lot of great advice from Aaron on the PC parts I was looking for.
