Very nice store and selection of merchandise. Great associate who was friendly and knowledgeable.

What is going on at the Heath store? I attempted curbside pickup for 2 orders and both were completely unsatisfactory. The first one took about 30 minutes to be brought out and for the second one I had to go into the store to get my order myself. I won’t order from this store again.

Told me over the phone that they could repair my Xbox under a Microsoft warranty but when I came in here they told me there was nothing they could do unless i had a warranty through them

The only reason this is not getting a one-star review, is because they were in stocks on the phone. Took 3 visits to get a cell phone properly activated and trade-in processed. 2 phones later and all of the wrong information told to us, I do not recommend them for cellular phone service at all

Store is clean and organized. Staff was nice and very helpful when my husband was trying to locate a product.

I made a order for a gaming laptop I was mis lead about when it was supposed to be delivered. The staff was some what friendly I called multiple times and they hung up on me. Called costumer service was no help do not order through best guy terrible experience I ever had and I have been shopping their for quite while. Would not recommend it.

They won't match Amazon prices if it's another retailer selling through Amazon. Just a excuse to go against doing price match. Just buy from Amazon and ebay from now on.

Billy in the geek squad was very friendly and super helpful when my laptop crashed. He made me feel my problems were important and was interested in how to help. Billy made at all sound easy. He explained the process and then went out his way to tell my options. Billy call sales floor on his radio and I was met by Ben a very knowledgeable and friendly sales person. He explaining features and pluses of each model. I ended up spending less than I worried I would have to! Again kudos to a well oiled team! So glad I am a total tech member that saved me time and money.

The Heath Store is fantastic! They are quick to help and have answers. Curbside pick up is fast and friendly. Clean, organized store.

Great peeps and always available for questions and they allow you to try different cell phone cases to see which one works the best. This is very much alike Wally World where I was told you are not able to take things out of the boxes

Average at most. Looking to compare laptops for purchase in the near future. Salesman kept pushing us towards the more expensive models. Way more than needed.
