Best Cuts / Cost Cutters, Strongsville OH

Cost Cutters was a pleasant experience. They are well organized with their appts. The staff is really friendly and the facility is very clean. Prices are very reasonable will definitely go back.

I usually have a good experience but this time I did not. I felt completely dismissed and like I was a burden. Did not listen to how I wanted by hair parted.i wasn’t even talked to and every time I tried to talk it was like I was annoying to them. I asked for it to be cut as a side part and it was cut in a middle part and I never wear my hair with a middle part. I have very curly hair and I requested my hair to be styled / scrunched. They put almost no gel in my hair and did not take it to my roots. It was very frizzy and not even as good as when I do it myself. I had to throw it in a bun because even that looked better. The cut was even though so that was good, even though when I part it how I like it won’t be. I just wish that I was listened to and they knew how to style my curly hair.

Great place, women there are constantly busy doing something, no slackers there, there's always courtesy consideration haircuts an conversation, these women know who I am when I walk in they address me cordially and in fact you can blindfold me they can cut my hair any way they want I can leave there and be assured that I have a great haircut every time, and most of all they ask you to come back, Jose

I really like the salon! The stylists are very professional, friendly, and make you feel comfortable. Brittany does my hair and I’m always happy with the results but I personally would trust any of their stylists if she would not be available. I also like the products that they have.
