Best Cuts / Cost Cutters, Uniontown OH

Went in 10-15 minutes before close for my 2 year old son to get hair trimmed. Usually we take him to toddler barber shops but decided to go here because I’ve used best cuts my whole life. Asked if they would be able to trim hair his age. 2 girls rolled there eyes as they were cleaning and said yes we do but we are closed now. I looked at the clock and looked back at them and walked out. As soon as I got into my car I got on customer service to best cuts. 2 weeks later a manager calls me and says what they did is not acceptable at all! We take people until close. I would like to apologize by sending you a gift card. I didn’t really want it after the experience but she insisted. It’s been about 3-4 months and guess what. Still no gift card! Thanks best cuts for your services, but I will no longer be in business with any of your chains.

Very pleasant atmosphere, stylist was able to take me w/o waiting. Love the haircut I got from Ashley!

1st visit. "Apparent" manager never smiles. Rushed my stylist because it got busy. So I felt the pressure. Hair not dried right. 2nd visit. Simple fade on a boy was visibly uneven and I had to return. It's still going to grow out wrong. And he sat perfectly still for this? 3rd visit never. I don't PAY to get questionable results.

Great staff here for haircuts. I have never walked out with a bad haircut, except the one time I asked for a bright pink mohawk. But the real lesson learned here is, no one should ask for a bright pink mohawk.:)

OVERPRICED, i went there to get a trim.you couldn't even tell i got a trim and they charged 15 dollars for cutting off a tiny bit of hair.

I prefer going to this Best Cuts over spending more at a fancy Salon. I have had multiple women cut my hair and have had highlights in the past. They are all lovely and do a wonderful job. Walk-ins are welcome and there is hardly ever a wait. You can certainly schedule a visit too.
