Compared with your typical Swedish massage, the acupressure method is so much more effective at releasing extreme tension and providing more sustainable results. The owner, Moon, is extremely committed to the well-being of her patients and provides her services in a very clean and professional environment. Furthermore, she always strives to make you fell your best and is one of the kindest people I have ever met.

Had the pleasure of going in for a partner Massage. Moon is one of the most welcoming owners you'll ever meet. We started by enjoying the Massage chairs which are amazing by the way, followed by their signature deep tissue Massage, the pressure is deeper and muscoskeleletal and they know what they're doing, this was followed by hotstones which are complementary and really needed. They really value seeing their customers satisfied. Hands down my best massage, can't wait to go back.

Moon is amazing! She really helped me out. I went with a horrible back pain and her massage took that away. This is not a conventional massage, but if you need to be fixed, this is the place. She is just awesome!

Today was the last time my wife goes, the person that “helped her” today was not well trained, is hard to give them instructions because they don’t understand, the time she went before today was not good but we gave them another chance, no pain no gain is ok but today was all pain and no gain at all, sorry best massage but today was The worst

Despite what the other higher rated reviews says, please read this one first and foremost. I will then state why this establishment received a one star review.

1) THIS IS NOT YOUR STANDARD MASSAGE! It is not the standard massage you see on t.v and movies where it looks relaxing. These people use deep tissue massaging, which 99% of the time means they use very aggressive methods to get the job done. For most who understand what that entails it is great, but for those may have sensitive backs, bodies, or low tolerances for pain, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!

2) Their advertisement is horrible in the sense that they do not mention the fact that they are very aggressive. The motto "No Pain No Gain" is not a reliable way to elaborate how deep the messages are. Their website does not state this. Their advertisement does not state this. And when my gf went in, they did not state this at all. I do not know all of the staff but I know that when it comes to.

3) The Staff (male) are not comforting at all. The only staff that were in tonight were all male. I state this because these men didn't have a sense of building customer rapport or communication. There was no clarification and no information was diverged about how things were going to go. She went in, received clothes to change into (which was once again, was not stated that she had to do before she paid for the service), waited until 2 men came into do the service. Not once did they state what they were going to do before or during which made her very uncomfortable. Which refer to my first and second point. The fact that this is not your generally understood style of massage and the fact that there is no information given made her experience a horrible one. They walked on her back without permission, did not state what, how, and why they would do in the massage as well as what they would use, and when she stated that she was in intense pain and didn't feel comfortable they just said "No Pain no Gain" and continued without any understanding of the situation. She had to state that she had surgery on her arm before they actually listened to her and not do any service on her arm.

4) LASTLY, the fact that they do not mention a MANDATORY $10 TIP until AFTER THE SERVICE proves they have no sense communication with their first time customers. That is insane to not include that in the price. If you want mandatory tips, it would be at least wise to state this ANY WHERE ON THE WEBSITE, STORE, OR IN PERSON!

Overall, her customer experience was extremely horrible. Even if their service concerning the deep tissue massage has been considered great, the experience given to costumers who do not know this company's methods will have a hard time. And the fact that they request a mandatory tip without given this knowledge to the customer in any shape or form is a horrible way to do business.

As a medical student, I spend over ten hours a day studying resulting in severe neck and back pain. Moon, the owner has done a fantastic job of releasing my tension and relieving what was starting to become chronic pain. Since my treatments, I have felt much better. The massage is intense and is not like a typical relaxing spa day, but if you have real chronic pain, they can help! I am also a big fan of the Ceragen machine that has helped align my vertebrae spine

This was by far the most painful Massage I've ever had. I liked the whole idea they have where you put on their "uniform" for your massage. I didn't like that every room has multiple security camera's in them all the doors are left open for the massage and i was never asked what style of massage I wanted or if it was too much pressure.

I have had massages here for almost 2 years now and I still love it! Moon and her staff work through my tight muscles and I walk away feeling light as a feather. They have helped my back problems and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Based on good reviews and referrals, I chose to take my 93 yr old mother here for a sore hip. Moon gave her an incredible massage, and my mother felt immediate results. Her mobility was restored and she was pain-free. According to my mother, Moon gave her just the right amount of pressure and manipulation. Moon is both knowledgeable and has a great healing energy. We’re definitely going back!

This place is hands down the best massage place in Columbus! Truly lives up to their name, THE best! Everyone there is extremely friendly and accommodating in anything you need. I have had a massage from pretty much every female and male that works there and they do an amazing job. I leave there feeling like a brand new person. The best deep tissue massage ever, I love it! Honestly, if you want a massage don't go anywhere else. Moon and her team are truly THE BEST. They don't waste time and you truly get every minute you pay for. Friendly and amazing to have a place like this in Columbus. We have been customers here for years. If you want a relaxing massage like you might get at a mainstream spa, this is not your place, they focus solely on deep tissue. No pain, no gain.
