Best Price Computers, LLC, Defiance OH

I recently bought a high end unit from this shop. I had a good experience from start to finish. Some miss communication over the phone but everything was cleared up when I got to the shop. I will recommend anyone that is looking to get into a custom computer to go to them. Just know that when you are buying a unit its just the tower.nothing else is included with the price beside warranty.keyboard and mouse are sold separately. (kind of like buying a really awesome toy but batteries sold separately is printed on the side in small print)
Now for the unit I bought. I do have a few issues at the PRICE POINT. I have only one storage unit, RGB and the cooling for the case isn't very good (again at the price point that I paid)
1.) Storage: having one 2tb m. 2 is a lot of storage but it only one spot for everything from cache to game file storage. I will be adding another storage unit it the system when I get the money for it but at the price point I paid having just a HDD for storage would of been nice to have to begin with.
2.) I don't have full control over all the RGB that is in the case just the 3 fans on the AIO, the RAM, and the LCD screen on the cooling block. (if there is away to control everything else I haven't been able to figure it out)
3.) I don't have fans in the front pulling fresh air into the case and the AIO is pulling air in from the top but that is only pushing hot air into the case which has only one fan in the back for exhaust. (again its just the issues I have at this price point is all)

Overall I am happy with the computer and have been enjoying it. I will be looking it to getting the extra things I want added to the system being done by them. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and local. Which in my book wins hands down most of the time when dealing with the automated systems from big name custom pc companies. (Im sure some local shops are terrible but not this one from my experience)

I came in yesterday and bought a PC from Dale. Upon further inspection I became unhappy with my product. I called dale and left a voicemail- to which he called back right away the next morning. He has now offered me a different product that matches my needs better at an amazing unbeatable deal.

I went to Best Price Computers for help with my laptop. It was only 3 years old, but had some issues. Dale started unscrewing it right away. He showed me the inside of my laptop, I told him I needed more space for my large amounts of photos I had on it. So we switched out a couple things and crossed our fingers that it would stop it from freezing up. It didn’t. He spent hours on the laptop, trying to get it to work properly for me. He always took the time to explain everything to me. He’s very knowledgeable for sure! I’d highly recommend Dale. Very nice guy and the company he built.

My wife and I were looking to get my son a gaming computer, not having too much knowledge on that topic, my wife had been looking at tons of different options. She stopped into the store and had the team there help her find a great deal. We are very happy with our purchase and my son loves his PC.
