Contacted Best Service Heating & Cooling to service our AC unit. I received excellent customer service from the scheduling department.
Matt was our technician, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He came in diagnosed the problem and repaired AC unit. We will definitely use Best Service for our HVAC needs and recommend them to our family and friends.
Requested replacement of a $16 capacitor. Sent pictures of old part clearly showing the blown capacitor. Sent technician for a $90 diagnostic service. Technician didn't have to diagnose anything, but wanted to charge me $278 for replacing the capacitor. When I called the owner, he used the justification that he has insurance and operating costs to justify this huge percentage markup. Definitely price gouging. Cannot recommend for any service call.

Mat came to check out our A/C system and gave a report of his findings. Seemed very thorough and answered all our questions. He did leave a klein magnetic quarter inch nut driver which i would like to return, if he calls we can make arrangements for return,
