Beth Allen's Florist, Oregon OH

We live in Texas and I needed to order flowers for my Uncle's funeral in Ohio. I found Beth Allen's Florist on the internet and looked at their website. I ended up giving them a call to make sure I could get a blue and white arrangement. I spoke with a lovely young lady named Amanda who was more than accommodating. After I explained what I wanted she asked for my number, so I didn't have to stay on hold while she spoke with her manager to make sure they could arrange for what I was requesting. She called me back right away and assured me the arrangement would be blue and white and beautiful. One of my cousins sent me a picture and I couldn't be more pleased! I highly recommend this florist! Thank you Amanda for all of your help and kindness!

Called in my order for 2 dozen roses and delivered, expensive, but worth it for my wife's birthday

My wife and I were informed of a funeral on a Tuesday evening, the service was at 11am the next day, we wanted to send flowers to the funeral home but the shop was closed before we could call. We took a shot in the dark and ordered an arrangement online hoping it could be delivered before the service. The florists had it made and delivered on time. I first want to apologize to them for the short notice, and then say Thank You very much for the work they did! It is very much appreciated!

Great customer service and the shop has all kinds of gifts to choose from. Not just beautiful flower arrangements

Was supposed be a different vaze and only had 1 rose in it idk first time here really didn't like how rose was died by next day was impressed by there deliver she was fast best part of whole deal

So, I needed one flower not a bouquet just any flower would have done. I understand that they close at 5: 30 and I showed up at 5: 25pm I know that isn't their problem and it was near time to close. I however try to go up to the door. I put my mask on. They come running out at 5: 27 and they said they close at 5: 30. I looked at my watch again still 5: 27pm and they said bye. No hospitality no kindness no nothing. I am severely disappointed. It was something that should have never happened. If you tell me you close at 5: 30 and it isn't 5: 30 your doors should be remain open. I will take my business elsewhere. I will never shop there again! Terrible customer service!

They've got a couple really nice cats, I've been told they're brothers but I only met one of them.

Just received an absolutely beautiful arrangement for my birthday. Flowers are fresh and lovely. I would highly recommend this florist.
