Bethel Animal Hospital is a very good place to take your little love one, I have been taken my Blizz to them for two years, they are professional and have a friendly staff, I trust them with my baby because they handle my baby with care and explain exactly what my baby needs to keep him healthy.

I've been going to Bethel Animal Hospital for a while now. For a while, they weren't doing well and not helping my pets. They seemed like they did care at all, but recently, management has changed and it's a new experience. The vets who work there really show that they care. Their prices are a little expensive, but they get you in on the same day with very little wait. After my dog had an accident, they texted me after a few days to check up on him and make sure that he was healing properly.

My pet received excellent care at reasonable prices and the staff and doctors were amazingly helpful and caring

The staff at Bethal animal hospital has taken great care of my 2 furry best friends for the last 4 years.
In addition to the regular care they provide, they were especially helpful with Titans recent unexpected surgery wich he has recovered great from.

We got a second dog and wanted to try a different Vet. After reading reviews and asking my boss where they take their dogs we decided on Bethel Animal Hospital. We couldn't be happier with our choice. We get to see the same Vet.whenever we go in and she answers all of our questions. Even questions about our other dog that goes a different Vet. We highly recommend Bethel Animal Hospital.

Found this lil guy on 670! Damn near ran him over, but was able to catch him and take him to Dr. Brown! World, meet Ozzy! So glad we were able to get in the same day!

I like the Veterinarians, they are professionals and sincerely care. The Veterinarians have called me with updates on test results and ensure that prescriptions are filled. I appreciate the flexibility of their hours.

Vets, techs and personnel are caring and thorough. Reasonably priced. Less than communicative at some points (like after a pretty invasive procedure), so be sure to ask questions because you won't be supplied with information readily.

Very pleasant office staff. The veterinarian was very friendly and courteous. Loved the little "welcome" sign. Very little wait time for a Monday @ 4: 30

I hate to leave a review like this, but would not recommend taking your dog here if you’re looking for transparency and kindness.

I had one simple question about an unexpected $50 charge. I was not rude when asking, and the vet kindly offered to bring “someone else in” to answer a few questions.

The lady sent in who is not an actual vet (referred to her self as a technician) essentially screamed and lectured me as if I was a child. Left a terrible taste in my mouth. If I wasn’t there for a living creature (my dog) who needed its vaccines I would’ve walked out immediately.

Dear Bethel Animal Hospital (READ THIS) : Your customers aren’t required to do anything for you. Try treating them with a little respect and kindness. There’s 20 other places here in Columbus people can take their pets.

This is the vet that charges you an arm and a leg when in a crisis. My dog had a vomiting fit and I just wanted to confirm if he’d need rest. I was charged about 900 dollars for 30 minutes of care to send my dog home with carbuprofen and to feed him water.

If you have an emergency or need to go to a vet that isn’t your usual I would recommend upper Arlington animal hospital. Bethel wouldn’t even email my dog’s blood work to upper Arlington. They said to take pictures and email it. Upper Arlington called and got everything emailed over.

Front desk personnel weren’t even decent. You get the vibes from this place as soon as you’re in the parking lot.

Avoid this vet.

I have been taking our dogs to Bethel Animal Hospital for 15-20 years. Our pets have always received excellent care. Now that you can make appointments it's much more convenient. Prices have increased quite a bit over the past 2 years, but everything has.

We have been taking our mini-dachshund family members to Bethel Animal Hospital for many years and have been very satisfied with the care they have received. We've been especially pleased with Dr. Brown, who, I believe, is one of the owners. We recently had to say good-bye to our beloved Wilhelmina (Willi) and Dr. Brown could not have shown us or Willi more kindness or sympathy. She was loving, empathetic and genuine while expertly carrying out her professional responsibilities. Thank you Dr. Brown.
