4I can't give too much info on this place just because I didn't get my service done. My fault, not theirs. They did take my tire off and switch it to the front and balanced them both for free. I rated only 4 stats simply because we were there 3 hours.while we waited, we did have a pleasant conversation with I'm guessing the owner. The couches were both very comfortable, and there was a TV, vending machines, coffee, etc.
The mechanics and tire techs them selves are out going and hard working really understanding and they will get you in and out
Ya know, I didn't make the appointment with whom I thought due to other options in Bethel. I'm happy it worked out like it did. This company gave me a 4 wheel alignment at a fair price, and I was outa there in the time she said it would be I have more work for these people.highly recommended
Had alot of work done on my car here. Had 4 tires and rims put on. My wife got a flat tire on the highway all because they didn't do an alinement on the new tires. The tires went bald within 2 months. I do not recommend you have any work done on your car at this place. And costumer services is absolutely terrible.
