5Better business bureau is a joke they don't do they research before the make false accusations
I'm Thoroughly Impressed with the BBB'S rapid prompt professional swift action on my behalf. The BBB work within a short time to contact the corporation.did try to try for several days to resolve my issue. I filed a complaint and the BBB instantly opens the lines of communications between me and the Corporation.
I was SHOCKED!
The employees that assisted me were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. It was clear that getting a complaint via the BBB was not a positive thing for their Corporation; nevertheless they worked diligently for several days to resolve my electronic problems.
I sincerely appreciate the BBB.

Some business are scamming people and you guys don’t do anything about it.what you are there for?
These people are useless & have earned their 2.6 star rating. I mailed my complaint form along with copies of email correspondence I had with the company I filed the complaint against months ago. Never heard a word from them. Total waste of time & postage.
