Today was our first day camp at Better Together Playnasium and certainly won’t be our last. My 3 year old son who is usually apprehensive to leave his mama (especially without tears), walked right in holding Miss Mary’s hand. I loved the regular text updates, including photos of him playing, doing crafts, eating snacks and socializing with other children. It was so nice to see him having the best time, while I could run errands- toddler free!

Great place for kids. Very clean. We just had our sons 3rd birthday party there. He and his cousins had an amazing time. The receptionist was sweet.

Our daughter and son in law rented the Playnasium for a child's birthday party. The kids had a great time! I would imagine there were great naps that afternoon.

We’ve gone here twice now for paid experiences. These are my honest thoughts & experience.

We have gone to both Little Explorers & Open Play. Our first open play, we had to leave early after a half hour due to kids being extremely rough around my one year old - the main problem being the employee’s son. He scared my child so badly she still will not go on trampolines, kept trying to drag her by her arm into ‘forts’ and shut it off with her and him inside, and dragged her everywhere by her hand or arm making her cry. I stopped it every time I could but it was constant. I chalked it up to being open play and that we should try a day where it is isolated to kids her age (0-3).

Little explorers is ages 0-3. We paid to go and showed up at 9: 10. They had us wait for stragglers past our start time but still kicked us out promptly at 10 AM and told us we could pay extra to stay another hour. My child was waiting for the swing for fifteen minutes that was occupied by the owner’s daughter, and once she decided to give my daughter a ‘turn’, it was 10 AM and we were being kicked out and told we could pay $3 if we wanted a turn. We are the paying clients and my daughter spent most of today crying. The rough employees son was also present, despite it being 0-3 (he’s at least 6), and he was running full speed around the room with carts, knocking into and over toddlers, yanking my child by her arm when she wanted to play, while his mom (the employee) sat on her phone going “please don’t”.
We will not be back, but I just wanted to warn other families to not waste their money like we did. Aha! Is much better and more regulated.

Just a short drive from our home in Alexandria to this enriching center perfect for our toddler. We did the Red, White and Blue themed little tots camp. It was perfect for our almost 2-year-old. Lots of fun activities and well organized by staff!

Great integrated play opportunity with plenty of ways to foster large and small motor development for all levels. But let the wee ones just think it's fun!

Food can be brought into the entry area with tables, or you can purchase snacks there.

There are multiple bathrooms on site.

Everything looked very clean, and tables were being cleaned as each group left them.

I had my daughters 1st birthday here, and it was a great place to throw a child's birthday party. Accommodates all ages. Children didn't want to leave. They had a blast had a blast.

First visit. Loved it! My only suggestion is that older kids can be a little out of control and need more supervision, but that has nothing to do wth the facility itself. Would definitely go back!

I’ve been bringing my kids here on occasion for open play for almost two years and we always have a blast! They’re 4 and 6 now but there’s been plenty for them to do at every age. The employees are always nice and welcoming. There’s plenty of space so I’ve never had an issue with it being too crowded. Equipment seems well maintained. We’ve never done any classes so I’m not sure how those are.

SO much fun for my boys (3 and 2). They ask to go back all the time- if only there was a season pass! It was about $20 for my two sons, so can’t make it a regular outing. The facilities were clean and there’s an option to sign up ahead of time in case it gets too busy.

There’s a baby room with swings, ramps, slides, and lots of different sensory experiences and toys. Then there’s the bigger gym with cars, bikes, balls, a bounce house, etc. A toddlers dream!

We hosted our daughter's birthday party at Better Together and it was absolutely wonderful! We had kids ranging from 8 months to 11 years and everyone had a blast! The staff was super lovely and all the communication I had with them beforehand (all via email) was very prompt. Definitely recommend!

Clean play place for kids. When I arrived today, I was notified staff were cleaning between events and we would be able to play shortly. We love the open play and the extra events they have. Staff is always friendly and open. Such a great option for getting the kiddo out to play during the colder months.
