Relocating to Cincinnati was made much easier by working with Brad. Brad was incredibly helpful navigating the neighborhoods of Cincinnati. Buying a home, especially in another city, is a complicated and fraught process. Brad Acree at KW Advisors was instrumental in listening and helping me identify the right home in the right neighborhood. Additionally, because of my non-standard mortgage requirements, we had to identify the appropriate lenders with loans designed for my needs.

Lastly, someone had to keep track of all the moving pieces and make sure that everyone was working towards finishing their work. Brad was that person for me. He pressed the lender for progress, and when we didn't see it, escalated the issue to the lender's management. He was also adept at negotiating closing extensions with the seller, something we had to do multiple times.

So, showing me multiple homes was just the beginning of the process. Brad had the patience and persistence to help me navigate the entire pathway and is still wrapping up details of the property handover even after closing. I fully intend to keep in touch with Brad for his knowledge of the neighborhood, and various necessary maintenance services.
