2Absolutely filthy.bed bugs, roaches, and mold in the bathroom. Not to mention the abundance of centipedes that fell into my tub when a tile came off because of water damage. So gross, and yet they have the nerve to charge me for the remainder of my rent as if those are suitable living conditions. I just needed somewhere to live during college and low rent shouldn't mean a dimisished quality of living; that's not acceptable. Do not live here!
After living in polaris pointe (westerville) i moved to bexley commons i only stay here because it close to the airport, cheap rent, and just big enough for one person, as far as the outside thats exactly what it is "outside" i really cant complain but im never here as i also live out of state, so if you need to be in columbus, but close to the airport i would say its perfect, but if you want to actually live here on the day to day, id say no don't do it to
yourself james plaza it right down the street ($850) if you can afford it polaris pointe is only ($1700) a month
