Bexley Urgent Care

The wait time was brief and the person (Amanda) that did my covid testing was professional and made it much easier than I had been told.

Was able to make an appointment for the same day. No long wait once I got there and the staff was amazing.

Nurse and nurse practitioner were both SO respectful and attentive. I made an appointment online and was taken back within 5 minutes— the whole trip lasted about 30 minutes! Definitely coming back here whenever I need to go to an urgent care!

I always have such a kind, compassionate provider and staff that take my concerns seriously! I never have a long wait time here and I always get the care I need. I have a friend that doesn’t even live in the area anymore but drives across town to come to this urgent care because it’s so good!

Made an appointment for 10: 15 A. M.received my text at 9: 55 to arrive by 10: 05 went inside at 10: 04 and was told that they had canceled appointments for the day! Very unprofessional and inconvenient experience especially when I am in very much pain with sciatica! Will never go to or recommend this place!

Went in for pain due to a fall. The check in process was done on my phone which was great and not a long process. An X-ray tech took me to exam room, took reason for visit and vitals, he was very professional, kind and quick. Took me in for X-ray in no time at all. Practitioner/Doctor came in within minutes and gave me results and at home instructions. She was kind, caring, great at listening to my story of how I was injured and just all around wonderful.i was out of there within an hour, just the way I like it! Thank you! I definitely would recommend Bexley Urgent Care.

I went in with a lot of pain my wait was not long at all the receptions was very nice very helpful. I've seen the doctor she knew what I was going through she was very understanding and patient with me.

Kaila and the PA, Whitney, were very friendly and welcoming. The X-ray tech was also informative. The visit was quick, not a lot of waiting and I was in and out in an appropriate amount of time

Staff was really nice and was able to be in and out within an hour! Didn’t feel rushed, considering I had trouble speaking with a sore throat, and I enjoyed my appointment. Did have to wait even with an appointment but I highly recommend scheduling one. Due to the business being so busy this morning, they were accepting NO walk-ins for an hour. So thank god I did! Will be back:)

Second visit here at the urgent care. There was a wait despite having scheduled an appointment. However all staff was friendly competent & I was able to be in and out within an hour and a half, which is great for busy season. The facilities are clean as well. Highly recommend this urgent care

This was my second time visiting this facility. I appreciate the care that was provided to me by the staff. I left with a clear understanding of what my health issue was along with a set of written instructions.
This facility is one that I would recommend in the event that you cannot see your primary care physician.

Receptionist is rude and incompetent! I had an appointment scheduled, instead of me going in at my appointment time she allowed all the walkins go ahead of me.when asked about how long my wait was 30 mins after my appointment time, she told me she didn't realize I had an appointment. This was after checking in and telling her 2 times that I have an appointment. While sitting there a guy told me had been there overn an hour, then she called him up and told himsomething was wrong w his insurance. Over an hour later! Even he went in before me. Just incompetent! The nurse practitioner said I had the flu. But when i read through the discharge paperwork it said none of my results had been view and were "pending lab results" save yourself the time and trouble by going somewhere that will honor your appointment ans give you a real diagnosis.
