I asked for a basic Gentlemen's haircut and even showed Mr. Gieve a few pictures, but I still ended up with almost a bald head. Do not come here for a haircut if you like your hair.

I went for a hair cut today, a shadow fade with a line-up. What I got was a butch! I showed Mr. Nicolai exactly what I wanted. He took WAY too much off the top. The sides were supposed to be tapered. When he showed me in the mirror, I told him he went too short on top. The he asked if I wanted him to go shorter! I said no, that's the problem. He at least apologized and I got a full refund, but this person cannot follow simple rudimentary instructions. As a result, I am now stuck with a monstrosity of a hair cut that cannot be fixed and I absolutely hate. I told him and the lady at the front desk that I am not paying for this hair cut because it is nothing even remotely close to what I wanted and with the cold weather, my scalp will dry out. I am sorry to call you out, Mr. Nicolai, but you need another job and I won't be requesting your services any time soon.

Came in for a haircut and surprisingly got a professional tier haircut from Mr. Matthew. The place is well kept and music is a vibe.
