BIBIBOP Asian Grill, Columbus OH

The food is very good and I eat at least once a week. The service could be better. The staff are not very warm and appear to be just doing their jobs. Also, the restaurant is clean but tends to be uncomfortably cold. I generally do not like eating there for that reason.

My goto.
Hope they consider giving the right quanity for the delivery too.
Otherwise its 5/5.

Food was delicious and fresh! The employees were smiling and provided excellent service which I rarely see anymore. Great job!

This is my favorite food here in Dublin. They have rice and you can choose what to add in your meal.

The service was friendly and fast though I felt a tad rushed. The food, without any sauce is ok at best. The tofu was good, and I think a large source of what little flavour my bowl had. The sweet potato noodles offer little to no flavour to the dish themselves. The egg added some minor flavour, along with the carrots.
Overall a rather forgettable meal.

The concept is good, but the lady SEVERLY skimped the scoop of meat. Like it's not coming out of your paycheck, just put a full scoop of meat. Also a bit too much sauce.

There is no air conditioning or ventilation it is very unsafe to eat or work here keeping in mind the security measures that are required for the prevention of COVID

Food is usually good. Sometimes customer service is lacking. Some just want to get the customers through the line (regardless of how busy or slow they are).

I had a great experience i went to hang out with a friend and the staff was very friendly. The food was very good as well. Although i will say it is a bit expensive.

I. Love. BBBop. Meatless Monday with the best tofu is my Monday ritual! All the toppings and proteins are fresh and amazing. I appreciate that they continue to add new options (noodles, broccoli, kale…). I love the flavors and sauces (yum yum sauce with gochujang - a must combination). Be sure to get the free miso soup for a satisfying meal!

It's good the bowl with spicy chicken. More like make a giant salad. Everything for it.

Someone picked up my order before I got there and took it. Special thanks to Zach for re-making the older right there on the spot. Great service!

Looks great, but there’s something missing — there’s no sauce! I had to wait on my bowl to be finished as they were making more noodles. However, when they added the noodles, they forgot the sauce. I was waiting in the dining area for it to be finished so I missed seeing them add the noodles and thus did not see that they missed the sauce. I didn’t catch this until I had driven back to a class and I did not have time to go back for the sauce. So frustrating as I’ve wound up without sauce or with the wrong sauce on numerous occasions at numerous Columbus area Bibibop locations. Service was otherwise positive and all ingredients fresh (otherwise would have given less stars).

This place sucks. The staff was rude and everyone looks so unhappy! Probably because they enforce masks when there not a mandate. So sad!

Update for Monday 12/20/2021 BIBIBOP broke their yum yum sauce.

Healthy and tasty bowl of spicy chicken and purple rice all for under $10. Can't beat that! The ingredients are high quality and very fresh. I do cook for myself so I can tell that fresh ingredients really do make a huge difference. The location I went to on Sawmill is very clean, and the staff were all very nice and friendly. If you haven't tried Bibibop before, definitely give it a try!

10/18/21-. Current manager at the store is very unprofessional. She yelled and freaked out at the employee's in front of everyone do too masks, then started yelling at the customers and even telling customers to leave. Never eating here again!
