Bicycle One is an awesome bike shop! Max performed an outstanding service, from helping to unload bikes, to taking the time out of his busy schedule, to fix my bike in order for me to ride the same day. Very kind, pleasant experience, always making sure the customer leaves with a smile on their face! Thanks so much!

Troy and Nick were wonderful to work with! They took the time to answer all of my questions about recumbent trikes. Nick adjusted the one I chose to fit me. Also assisted with accessories and put them on. A huge help was to ensure the trike I chose would fit in my SUV too! Overall great friendly service with a lot of helpful information. All staff members were friendly! Highly recommend!

Awesome place to buy a bike, get a bike repaired, and test drive. Great employees also. Was able to answer all the random questions I had. Also, they put a bike together for me right as they were closing. Joe’s the man! I recommend him as a sales person or for answering questions. I’d recommend everyone there, but he’s the one we primarily went through.

I traveled from central Pennsylvania to Gahanna, OH, a 12-hour round trip, to purchase a used recumbent trike from Bicycle One. I did so for good reason. I had been seriously researching trikes for about a month. When I called Bicycle One, the owner, Troy Frazier, patiently and honestly answered every question I posed. He is a genuine expert on recumbent trikes. Moreover, Troy’s asking price for the trike in which I was interested was fair. And his commitment to tune and fit it to me was reassuring. True to his word, when I arrived in OH, Troy and his son Nick, spent several hours with me dialing in my trike. And they did so cheerfully amid other demands upon them. Their courtesy, friendly and welcoming attitude, helpfulness, and fairness are a commendable and refreshing testimony. I can not recommend this well-run family-owned retail business enough. Bicycle One is the best.

You people will Love this review!
2 months ago I bought a new rear tire for my 2005 sun recumbent bike. I looked every where.
I found $10. $15. $25. $37.
But not many sellers having
26x1.50 100PSI. Tires.
Bike one checked there shop. They had 3 in stock. (JUST WHAT I NEEDED). I BOUGHT. My choice of 3, $40.00. So spring is here, better install my tire. 1ST ride 2 weeks ago. I was SHOCKED as I rode up the over pass bridge on rt 33.
Now remember I have a recumbent
Bike. Normally I would down shut it 1st gear. Not with this new tire!
I used 3 rd gear. And on a straight path? Very effortlessly. It was EXTREMELY fun to ride my bike again. So if you want to better enjoy

Took my bike to Bike one,
Had them reinstall my front delrailer, and adjust it. IT WORKS
GREAT! They found my front brakes where dragging, fixed that too. All in one day. Fast, good price, very very happy people working there!

I love taking my bike here. They are personable, friendly, and will only do what is needed for my bike. There is nothing extra added on. Had a problem that needed fixing and they knew what it was and fix my bicycle

Had a great experience here! Family run business and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Was looking for a new bike, stopped here first, then shopped around. Could’ve saved myself some time by just only going here! Ended up getting a new cannondale and some accessories.

I had the best experience I have ever had purchasing anything anywhere at Bicycle One. I had the pleasure of working with Lily as my sales presentative. Lily was incredibly knowledgable and added significant value to my understanding of bicycles and how they fit around the human body for maximum efficiency. The entire staff was friendly and knew exactly how to help me accomplish the goals I was trying to attain with my purchase.

I ride a recumbent trike and it can be difficult to find a shop with a bike mechanic who is comfortable working on these. They have a huge selection of new and used trikes and there were an additional 6-8 lined up that they were working on so I knew I was in the right place. Troy was super helpful, took lots of time to answer my many questions and I left my trike there for a tune-up feeling very confident. When I came to pick it up a few days later, it became apparent that there was a miscommunication about what work was supposed to be done so the bill was higher than I expected. Troy was in the shop helping another customer when he overheard me asking the cashier why the bill was so high.he quickly came over and said I would only be charged the amount I was quoted. That's amazing. They did the work, they did it well and then they took responsibility for the mistake. He said, "we are a business that values integrity" which is easy to say.but he actually put his money where his mouth is. I will definitely be coming back!

We have taken all of our bikes there this year for tune-ups. Our three kiddos’ bikes were purchased second-hand and they did a wonderful and quick job of cleaning them up and making necessary repairs and changes. I’m confident in their safety now, and I’m sure that when the kids are ready for newer bikes that they won’t grow out of so quick, we will certainly be shopping Bicycle One for that! We’ve also outfitted ourselves with helmets, bottle cages, and other accessories. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all of these things. My daughter especially adores the young lady who helped fit her helmet and has looked for her to say hi the last couple times we’ve been in. That gives an idea of the family vibes you get from the place. If you don’t know squat about bikes, they will still make you feel comfortable.

From the moment we entered this store we were treated like family by everyone we worked with. We had lots of questions regarding e-bikes and they were answered very knowledgeably and courteously. Caroline, in particular, was kind, patient and did everything she could to help us make a decision that would be the best solution for us. It was immediately evident she wasn't simply trying to make a sale or sell us a product (s) that would make the store the most money. Rather, she was genuinely doing her best to make us happy with our purchase. It's rare that we receive this type of treatment anywhere these days, and it was a joy to work with her and her colleagues through every step of the process. My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend this store.

I mentor a few youngsters and we dropped off some “rough” bikes in need of repair. The salesperson Alley was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with the boys! Thank you!

Stopped in mid-ride with a bike issue, and they took a look right then and there and everyone was super friendly. Unfortunately I had broken my shifter, but they gave me part information so I could order what I needed and sent me back on my way. Also seemed to have a great selection of bikes, and +1 for everyone being super friendly. Will return whenever I’m back in town!
