We've used Biff's a couple times now. Each time we had Mark. He is prompt and courteous. We had someone else come out and tell us we needed a new furnace. Mark diagnosed it and told us we did not need a replacement. He repaired it and we haven't had an issue since.
We had him come out this time for our a/c. We thought after 14 yrs, we would need a replacement. Once again, Mark to the rescue. We could not recommend them more.
