My son had a tire blow out and we live an hour and a half away. They went out to tow him, but ended up repairing the tire at the roadside and got him on his way for a lot less than we expected to pay. We are so thankful for their helpful and honest service!

Terrible! Said they were coming. Left us at the side of the road for hours before they decided not to come. 5 hours. Had to leave our vehicle sit and go back the next day and finally had Osborn towing service us with immediate service and we appreciate their honesty
They went above and beyond to help me. They searched high and low for a part that's out of stock nationwide. They brought me fuel for my reefer and they tried welding my broken part. I highly recommend this business.
My daughter's car broke down in Lima during a Dayton-to-Toledo trip she was making. Logan was tremendous! Dropped the car off at the dealership in Xenia and took her back home. Great job and thanks!

Easy they are a joke driver unprofessional, didn’t lock the jack so it collapsed causing damage to driver door. After car was finally loaded he wasn’t any better at driving than using a jack! Still having to suffer through working with them, can’t wait to be done. Stay away from this company at all costs!

This company was only 13 miles from where I was broke down from…. Told us that he could haul …then told me to have my warranty staff call them …they did then told them he can’t haul my vehicle…. Very unprofessional but I guess that’s how they roll…. Just tell the truth
Was trying to tow my car with AAA ended up waiting five hours because Big Daddy tow accepted tow six different time and never showed them AAA contacted another company to finally pick my car up
AAA broker this company to come and give us gas on the side of the highway. It took about three hours, and when the driver got there, he poured gas on the ground to look like the car was in more distress after trying to convince me that a car that just ran out of gas has been leaking, we quickly squaring off before we found ourselves and Harold and Kumar moment, scammers, and non-emergency
