I purchased a new Honda Talon and from the salesman to the service dept I have to say was the best customer service I have received in many years from any other business. The service dept went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. When I purchase another Talon it will be from the same dealership even tho it is further away.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, straight forward, and fair. I purchased a new ATV for the farm and the transaction was trouble free. I picked Big Hometown over other closer Honda dealers who didn’t seem interested in earning my business. Will definitely return.

I thought buying a sidexside was suppose to be Enjoyable WELL with Big Hometown it was not I was guaranteed it would be in by February if ordered by January, it wasn't, finally got in July an when got was $1500 more than told in January. Ordered bumpers an got no call that they was in I found out by getting first service months later when I asked

The service department is great, not so much for sales. In the middle of a deal on purchasing a new SxS and they sold it out from under me. They used the old "somebody else walked in with cash". I had been waiting on a call back from them, after I made an offer. Hadn't heard back and decided to stop in instead of calling. The unit I was dealing on was gone. If you're going to sell it out from under me, at least have the morals to call me and tell me what you did. They said I could have another unit that was missing parts, as soon as it was done. I said ok, done deal. Once again, days and weeks go by with no calls back or communication. All phone calls were initiated by me. Finally had enough of the careless attitiude and nature, cancelled the deal. They no longer wanted to talk to me. Drove 3 hours to another dealer to buy a new SxS. They appreciated my business and were awesome to deal with. Much better pricing on everything, including the mandatory "factory set" destination charge. They even called, emailed and texted me back several times. How about that communication! This review is exactly how it went and BH knows it. If it gets deleted, it’s because they know it’s spot on.

This review was obviously taken down. What gets me was they purposely tried to get me to back out of the deal.

Poor service and they dont fix the used bikes they take in on trade. Worked for these crooks about a months before being fired bc I fixed all the bikes they was behide on then they fired a young kid afterwards who was prob the best/hardest working employee they had bc he scratched a muffler on a harley.

I have bought many bikes here. Always had good salespeople that don't keep you in the store all day with your purchase.

This placed SAVED me a ton of money on parts for my Razor Side by Side!
Amazing Service and The dude was so very informative of parts etc.

Coming up from Greensboro, NC I hit a turkey buzzard on route 16 in West Virginia that bounced off my windshield and helmet and broke the three plastic breakaway screws on one side of the windshield. It held up all the way up to Marietta, which is where I was headed for a FJR 1300 riders meet. I stopped off here and asked for some emergency windshield repair assistance and they jumped right in and found me some replacement screws, backed out the broken ones and got me back on the road. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the immediate and unconditional help!
