Big Kahuna Ozone Laundry, Newark OH

This place is great. Always clean, Staff always on the move wiping down the machines to keep it clean. The few people who posted negative comments are likely never happy and always want something from someone.

Everything is easy to use. I definitely feel more comfortable going here since there's always staff present and approachable.

Best place to go for laundry and even you can go to Walmart as well. It might take a slight longer walk with the cart.

Whoever the girl is working today on Sunday November 19 needs to be retrained. If she wasn’t on her phone she was in the corner avoiding the customer. Saw two or three including me that had to chase her down to get help. Where’s the wonderful people that were working there? Love this place but if this one is working I will turn around and go somewhere else.

Very clean facility with state of the art equipment. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I love the fact that the machines accept debit/credit cards and I am not leaving with dozens of quarters in my pocket. The extended hours are a God send for someone like me who works night shift. Big Kahuna has definitely become my "Go-To" laundromat.

The guy who was working there was rude I put 1275in a 80pound laundry machine and he said he told lady before me did not have out of order sign on it he said he didn't need someone telling him how to do his job and said I was rude

We stopped by to do a ton of laundry until our floor drain gets fixed. I was able to work using their WiFi while I washed our clothes, love it. Machines were affordable and worked great. I'm a fan.

Looks like another laundry facility falling to the Newark ways. Starting coming here as a new, clean, efficient laundry facility and was quickly moving to my favorite, however when you have posted hours, then you should be open during those hours. I will give another chance because I do like the cleanliness and the variety the of equipment,

Was here earlier today. Absolutely love it. Their washers and dryers accept credit/debit cards as payments. And can use quarters too. Also got one of their cards to use. For a short time, you can double your money. Buy one of their cards, and they match you. I put $50 on mine, and they gave me $50 to match it. And their cards never expire.

Different size washers and dryers. They have 20lb, 50,60, and 80 lb washers! They are touch screen which is really cool. Haven't tried the Ozone part of it yet. But I will be coming to this from now on. Closer to where I live, and very spacious inside. Also love how they have an entire wall of nothing but dryers. 5/5.

I went to go get a "Big Bonus Card" by adding $20 to get $21 so in total I thought it was going to be getting $41 altogether. 2 other people were there & was upset about the same thing. It definitely should be labeled differently so people don't get confused or think they're getting another $21 on to their card. Also, $1.25 for two dryer sheets is a bit much in my opinion.
Overall the washers & dryers work great.

I love how clean clothes are & actually smell like my soap & fabric sheets.
The cash or credit card option is great.
A much up to date & needed laundry matte in Newark.

Very nice place to go take care of your laundry. Clean, clean, clean. There is attendants there if you have an issue. Prices are pretty good,

My first time at this laundry place was very impressive! The place was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful in helping me find a washer and dryer to get my laundry done. I've been using this laundry service since they opened.

The dryers work very well, also fast. Washers are not that user friendly. Need to have instructions posted. The esthetics are nice. The air conditioning is not working as it’s very hot and muggy inside. I’ve been there 3 times in the last 3 weeks and the Air Conditioning has not worked. It was 80°+ inside. However the WiFi is super fast.

Big Kahuna is such an amazing place to hold space. Brandon is amazing and always facilitates an atmosphere conducive of a great customer service. So clean! I felt at home in less than 2 minutes. Keep doing everything you are doing! As a Lost Lands admin, I will be sharing with my people!
