Big Lots, West Chester Township OH

I'm very happy with my experience at big lots. I purchased a mattress 3 years ago that started to collapse and they have made the exchange very easy. I appreciate the fact but I'm able to exchange it at the store. I would recommend big lots for their customer service.

Great place to get odds and ends. Most of the staff is very pleasant and they have good deals on furniture.

There worker name Vickie was so rude my sister was gonna buy a bunch of Christmas stuff that was half off the lady got rude and Said I'm sorry only Christmas stuff is half off and that's all my sister had was Christmas stuff we had to go to another register to get this half off because she just was having a bad day treating people horrible

If you're careful about what you buy and compare prices it's okay but if you don't you'll get taken and I'll be cheaper somewhere else

It has really good and cheap things, but when you wall in, you smell this weird smell. But after all it's a nice store.

Great customer service! Helpful staff. The store is clean and organized. Prices are reasonable. This locations offers a very nice selection of items with major brand names available to choose from for all needs.

I went in to get a replacement of the toy for my dog Unfortunately they didn't have the same thing as they had previously I was still able to find something was very glad to see more dog treats made in the good old USA won't by treats made elsewhere

Went in for Bluetooth speaker. Selection is not very big unless you want something big and a noxious with a bunch of Lights. Don't know what it is about Big Lots but I have yet to be in one that is clean and organized. Everything so haphazard. But if you don't mind that the prices are great and the customer service at this location was really good

Didn't have what I needed, some Isles were very congested. They workers were as helpful as they could be with limited merchandise. Somethings were extremely expensive while other things were not. It's a hit n miss type of experience.

Had 20% off sale. Saved over $17. Many items are cheaper here than dollar stores and grocery stores. Take note.

I used a coupon and the lady didn't mention that it didn't take it off. Of course I didn't look at my receipt until I was home which is at least a twenty-five mile drive one-way!
Lesson learn. Always check prior to leaving a store.

This location is smaller extremely clean and above & beyond Pleasant customer service what a delight especially at this time of year! Management is definitely doing something right at this location

After running in for just a few things in a hurry the cashier Eddie wrapped my glass spaghetti jars with care. It was appreciated, as most would not have done the same.

Good variety of products. Less expensive than the grocer for dry goods and select refrigerated items. Always find what we need. Only giving Four stars because there's never anyone available on the floor except the cashier to answer questions.

Big Store, Very Clean Organized, Lots of Staff on hand in every department. Was looking for furniture and they had a wide selection to choose from.

They had just opened so not a lot of ppl there which is always nice. Their summer stuff was on sale, always good prices.

Easily accessible (lots of parking) and their prices are great. The staff is friendly and helpful. I come here all the time.

They have many great deals for great prices. You have to shop there periodically because their stock can change. I am a loyal customer of theirs. I love Big Lots.

My wife loves this place. I don't really care for it. I feel like you can get better stuff for the same price or cheaper somewhere else like Walmart.
