Big Lots, Columbus OH

Didn't have any of the furniture I wanted in stock only display but did try to locate it at other stores for me unfortunately still without success

I like the one on Morse rd. Clean, safety precautions in place, good deals on home decor and linens etc. Friendly staff

A very clean and well-organized store but the employees seem to stalk you and watch you rather than help you find or locate stuff filled on comfortable to somewhat

Friendly but there workers profile people then follow them around the store not 1 but 4 of them the hole time i was there 4 different people none stop followed me like I was a theft I bought 300 worth stuff an my sis the same they need to tran there employees to stop profiling people i won't go back there because of it

C'mon it's Big Lots, it is what it is, fun to go in and browse for odd items. But only can be trusted to have a small amount of items always stocked.

I like the amount of products and different kinds of things they have but I think the price is still way too high for something at Big Lots. The whole reason you would shop there is to get the discount.

Big lots have come a long way and they are still standing tall. I found what I was looking for. Holiday Christmas Cards - Oh! My! They are beautiful with heartfelt verbage. (By the way they are on SALE). I have received so many compliments on how beautiful the cards are. Thanks a LOT

This place puts sale signs up before the sale starts and the sale dates are in very small writing. They refused to honor the sale price and literally asked me to come back the next day. Are you kidding me? Don't put a sale sign up until the sale date. Very misleading and not very good customer service. I won't be back.

The staff was friendly and helped us find what we needed. The store was clean and had a great variety of items. Their prices are great, will definitely return.

The store is very clean kept and well stocked. Big lots is my go tto place for convenient everyday items and the staff is always friendly and helpful. This visit Brian was the best example of customer service. He connected with customers and myself, without rushing or being pushy.

Big Lots on Morse Road is wonderful they redid the insides they got beautiful Furniture it's reasonable some of it now some of it is not but don't work with you they give you 90 days same as cash Dave got food products there and if the food products are good but I go to the one on Morse Road I do not go to any other one I do go just to the one on Morse Road in more Center on Morse Road if you're going north or if you're going east on Morse Road is on the left hand side just before you get to Jiffy Lube if you get the Jiffy Lube you've passed it you just passed it and you turn on Warford and go down and turn into there but it is nice in there it really is now if you go to if you decide to go to the 99 Cent Store Dollar Tree don't go to that one it's it's dirty it's nasty you would go out if you wanted to you would go out and go to the right and go to the next one it's close to the freeway but it's on the right hand side it is very clean very nice people there if you need something and the manager can get it scan it and everything she will get it for you she's a very nice lady that's a very clean store
