Big Lots, Reynoldsburg OH

My husband and I headed out today to grab a few last minute items. We weren't expecting much seeing how it was -2° outside. We made it to the store and as we shopped we noticed one particular young lady who seemed to be handling customer service as a one woman show. I watched as she zipped around the store answering questions, escorting customers to items and all of this was being done in between stocking the shelves. She helped me 4 times. (I know SHAMEFUL!)
I learned her name is Rickkeata and imo she deserves a promotion with a raise! This young lady was on it. As we checked out we had the pleasure of meeting Javon who had us laughing the whole time. Great customer service like theirs turned a stressful last minute shopping trip into a really good time!

I go there for a few items mainly the crystal geyser water. They don't always have it so, I tend to shop around on line to get it.

These are some hard working young folks… and they are certainly appreciated. The store is clean the staff is helpful and I love shopping here.

Really nice gift ideas. Good selection for the whole family. My only complaint was that the store was kinda hard to get around in

I am always amazed at the things I find at Big Lots! I went in for one thing and came out with a cart full. Definitely will be back.

Cashier was very unprofessional! Yelled at her manager and was rude to her coworker. I will never go to this location again!

The one in Reynoldsburge the employee in the furniture department was very polite and helpful liked the store

I love Big Lots but this is one of my favorite locations. The store is always clean, organized and staff is friendly.

This location on Livingston and Brice is very nice and spacious. I'll go there first from now on when I'm looking for something specific.

Prices are a bit higher on some things, while cheaper on others. I appreciate the Odd Lots of old, where they had all kinds of closeouts.

Delivered furniture to this location. There was only the store manager (she was aggravated when I checked in and informed her of the load). Couldn’t get a straight answer on which dock door to use (bldg has many). Once in the dock - there was no help. Store manager was up in age and cranky. Said people don’t show up to work.
The other store I delivered to had a few people to unload. Took forever to get unloaded at this location. It’s a shame that Big Lots doesn’t pay employees more to make them want to come do truck unloads.
If you pay a low wage or minimum wage, a person can go flip burgers as opposed to moving couches.
Towards the end of load another assistant manager came and he helped finish up the unload (he was polite and professional).
If you are on a tight schedule - don’t deliver to this Big Lots. Not worth it.

This place is the worst I got here at in 45 they already closed the door.it now8: 55pm door still close

My mom bought some big box of Frosted Flakes cereal and some other items to and she used her big lots card for her discount on her items

Store was very clean but restrooms were bad. Merchandise is nice and love the furniture section.
