Big Lots, Youngstown OH

Clean and organized. Nice staff. I wanted to buy bread in the grocery section, but they don't carry it. I found everything else I wanted to get.

It's just the place to pick up all the odds and ends you need for around the house at a good price.

Great store. Been around a long time but as always super busy. I used curbside for my order and the associate was super friendly. You can find the best items here. I was after holiday candy and was shocked by how expensive the other two giants were selling them at almost 11.00 a bag, I paid 2.89 a bag here for the same exact candy. You can always find awesome deals!

This big lots is always very clean, neat and organized. Customer service lacks is why only 4 stars

I was visiting a friend I needed to grab something quickly it was easy to navigate and they pretty much got me in and out with not much problems and the staff that I had contact with seemed very eager to help

Prices are competitive. Well managed. Lots of off brands. Quick in and out shopping. Seasonal deals.

Tons of closeout bargains! Never know what you might find. Some quality & some are cheap for a reason. They have a fair return policy.

Love shopping here, hate that I have to SEARCH and PRAY to find a cart that has buckles for my child.

I went for Mattress and Box Spring and got Nothing! I asked about 4 different sets and None Available! What else is New. Very Poor Advertising!

Used to be a ""buyout" store. Now, (like most others) is just polluted with extremely cheap Chinese goods. Sad.

Is a smaller store, Plus between their questionable music playing in the store and overall appearance. The store had a dirty vibe to it most of the shelves were empty

They're ok, expensive like they raised all the prices, gouging the consumer's pockets.

I used to be so so so happy to go in a big lot I could find stuff half price! You can't find nothing in big lots half price now they like a regular grocery store they charge as much as the grocery store they are expensive now!

The cashier let me know of a coupon I didn't have, help me find it and saved me a chunk of money.

My 3rd time coming to this store I will definitely continue to come to this store. Everyone here is so nice and the store is always clean

Joa-ann "employee" was very disrespectful after being caught in a lie after we got off the phone with her claiming an item was canceled found out that it wasn't actually canceled ask to speak with her manager "george" whom joa-ann the employee said right in front of him that he wouldn't do anything about her lieing to customers and being hostile towards customers about items they ordered.

I only went in for greeting cards. The selection was very small. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
