Big Lots reviews
8 It's a nice store - good selection of items here such as toys, clothing, food, but especially decor & furniture. I would recommend for holiday shopping.
The only downside is that management honestly could be better.often take stress out on employees, talk down on them and give them a hard time. Many of these employees are young and still learning. However, Linda that runs the store is amazing and makes it feel more welcoming when she is there.
Young workers are always so kind, however the older women working are incredibly rude to them and each other, not only in front of customers but also over the radios. No wonder ya’ll go through young employees like crazy, no one wants to work with a rude old bat. These kids are LEARNING. This could be their first job… incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable to encounter.
Terrible place. Hm this'll probably be deleted like my other past bad reviews. Got it. Employers are thieves.
Love big lots, especially this one in chardon. It seems to be alot cleaner, more things in stock and has great sales!
Great customer service. They had what I was looking for when Walmart didn't. The distilled water gal are in pop aisle on the bottom.
It's clean, it's quiet, you can find great deals on pantry/laundry items, and cute holiday, patio, and home decor.
Just went in for coffee and ended up almost buying out the store. Too many items and some lower prices.
We went there for a mattress and found one we liked that was competitively priced. The store was clean, and the staff was helpful.
Related side note - I bought this bed for a family member moving out of town. I ended up buying the same bad online through biglots web site and choosing a store close to where the family member is going to live. The mattress had a $50 online discount, plus I found a $40 promo code, so I saved $90. I arranged for delivery, which was only a couple miles from the local warehouse. I was not happy to pay $100 for delivery. Anyway, it was cheaper than renting a truck and moving the bed from home to the new location.
