Big Lots, Akron OH

Called up there three times cause the first time when I was asked to hold they hung up and then called a second time and they acted like they didn’t know it was the same customer called back a third time to see if they had an item in stock and the ladies were just atrociously rude, I wouldn’t shop here again just for the attitude I don’t appreciate their customer service I always shop at big lots but I won’t after keeping workers with no CSR skills and I don’t know why either of you two girls are working there if you don’t treat or talk to the customers with respect that’s crazy big lots

The inside is very organized and surprisingly well managed. Don’t judge it by outside appearances. Big lots take note: you should probably give your stores some face lifts if you expect to stick around.

Anthony is a great employee. Friendly and professional. Always a pleasure shopping at this location.

They helped me find a pitcher for drinks, walked me through the aisle and helped me pick one out, plus it came with cups!

Decent store for it being discounted. A bit understaffed for the holidays though.

Even Big Lots has gotten to be more expensive. Be careful to check and compare prices. Honestly, some items are more expensive at Big Lots than at Walmart. The item, Dr. Teal's Foaming Bath is $5.99 at Big Lots, $5.89 at Walmart. Although it is only a ten cents difference, it all adds up. It's worth shopping there, just pay attention.
