Contacted Big Rig World looking for an obscure part for a truck seat. I was able to chat online with Carson and he not only helped me locate the part in their inventory, he went to the warehouse to verify the dimensions when the actual manufacturer had them listed incorrectly. No one had parts I needed, they had them shipped to me fast and I was up and running in 2-3 days (excellent job)

We were in desperate need of a shift acuator for the transmission on our RV. A few places we called were of no help. We called Eric at Big Rig World, after finding the part on their website. He sent me more photos and dimensions on the part since the part numbers were not exactly the same as our failed acuator to give me some confidence it would still work. He shipped it to us overnight and we believe we are now back in business!

ORDERED A PIECE FROM THEM, SAID IT WOULD SHIP IN 72 HOURS. THOUGHT OK, THAT'LL WORK. CALLED 5 DAYS LATER AFTER THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND AND STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER TO FIND OUT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PART, IT WOULD GET TO THEM THE NEXT MONDAY, SUPPOSEDLY, AND THEN THEY WOULD SHIP IT. DON'T EVER TRUST THE SITE I GUESS.
