Still adding useless items to MRSP to steal from customers (paint protection, ceramic coating, wheel protection, etc.). Walked away after they added $2000 on top of MRSP at closing. This was after spending day’s negotiating final price, etc. Waste of time. Manager called me days later to apologize but he verified they are adding these items to price but there was nothing he could do? Not sure why he called.

The use of the web site is easy and quick to find what your looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Emily my sales person helped narrow my decision and is technically adapt. Over all a great experience and would definitely recommend to others shop there for their next vehicle.

The service was good but just so expensive. $382 for a headlight and $155 for the 15 minutes it took to install it. So over $500 to replace a headlight! Unbelievable!

I had a recall on my Traverse and we were informed not to drive it a far distance. We had already a vacation planned and the parts were on back order. They were able to get us a vehicle to drive for our vacation and when we got back they had received the parts for my traverse. We kept the other vehicle to drive while they fixed the recall issue on my car. We were very thankful for there service and the professional team at Bull Harris
