Billows is amazing. They were so helpful every step of the way and made sure everything went smooth. Thank you so very much.

Billow really went above and beyond taking care of my wife and her service. Of course all our "normal" needs were met, but so many other details were just taken care of without being asked. For example, they the music from a hymn I had selected playing on her obituary page. I hadn't thought of that. It was just taken care of.

They were Very helpful with my initial grief and final planning of my Mothers Funeral. They have the capabilities to offer serviced that I thought I would have to make on my own such as casket spray.
They were Very accommodating to me. Darrell was awesome in helping me and being with me during times of my physical limitations.
They have handled 3 immediate family deaths. I'm planning on them handling my own.

The staff at Billow Falls Chapel were wonderful to work with. We met with Evan and Mike, both were very accommodating and we never felt pressured into anything. They listened to our wants and needs and pointed us into the right direction. The night of the calling hours, everything was set up perfectly and they provided us with everything we needed.
