Bill He responded to the boot problem and had a solution. This repair will give a second life to the 20yr old boots. A necessary piece of my western wardrobe's.

This place saved my boots from going to the garbage.they were falling apart. I was about to throw them away when I decided give this place a shot, best decision ever! They put new soles on, conditioned the leather and replaced some hooks. I will be recommending this place to all of my co workers.

I Took My Leather Coach Boot in to get A Zipper fixed, And The lady who is At front desk Is Very Rude & unprofessional! No bed side Manners what So ever! They fixed my zipper BUT with A totally different color Zipper which now makes my boots Mitch Matching! The stitch work Is very sloppy, I’m very Sad I took my boot there…. I should have just took it BCK to Coach and had them send it off!

Great work! Another local shop took one brief glance at my shoes and said the heels could not be shortened at all. I decided to drive 10 minutes further as a last resort before giving up on my favorite heels (these feet just can’t handle them like they used to!) and I’m so glad I did. Bill’s was able to shorten them enough to be comfortable and I can’t wait to wear them to my next event ️

The side zipper on one of my work boots broke and fortunately because of Bill’s Cobbler Shop I am able to continue using these boots. I have never used a Cobbler Shop’s services before and I more than impressed with the quality of work that Bill’s provided and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very fair price too! Proud to support a local business as well.

Took a Harley leather to get a patch sewn on and the price was right and the job was done well. Easy pick up and drop off windows makes the process go by quickly. Have more patches I will take in and get done soon. Great people doing darn good work.

Superb job on my Louis Vuitton. Very personable husband and wife team. I would highly recommend this company.
