Recently went to Bill's PC Repair with my computer in a basket case. I had purchased the parts with the intent of building a new computer. One that would be up to snuff with Microsoft's new Windows 11. Prior to this I have always built and repaired all my computers over the years. This computer was different for Me, it just wasn't letting me in. Bill was more than able to make this happen and He hot road id it. He is a real Computer Guru.

I had an issue where my pc would randomaly restart on me while playing games or full on reboot when even attempting to start a few certain games. At first Bill tried going through the process of listing all the issues that could come to mind over the phone that would allow me to fix the possible issue myself. When those suggestions didn't work I took my pc to Bill's and left it for maybe a week and he has gone above and beyond with fixing my pc, turns out it was a man made issue that happened when i added new parts to my pc and he went to explain how it happened as well as helped me notice some other issues that he got fixed up in the time it took to notice the first issue. All of this while being all reasonably priced which made the whole experience amazing and would definitely keep him in my contacts if i ever had another issue or want a pc built.

Bill is fantastic and I highly recommend him. He was able to see me the same day I called, then diagnosed and repaired my PC in 45 minutes. He was very friendly, explained what he was doing, and answered all my questions. I will definietly go to him for all my computer needs and will probably have him build a PC for me when I need a new one.

Best help I’ve had with any tech problem ever! Bill was fast with his responses and gave easy to follow instructions all throughout the troubleshoot. Recommended for PC enthusiasts or just casual users too, Thank you Bill!

He helped me get my new build all in working order and explained in a very easy to understand way what was wrong. I would 100% come back and send family and friends to get help from him.

Bill was terrifically helpful, both when I initially called him to describe my problem and several days after when I called to have him do the work of removing malware from my tablet (which is my only computer). On our initial call, he gave me advice about what I could and should do immediately to minimize any possible damage and he offered lots of info and reassurance to this basically non-techy gal. He did this all for no charge, on a Thursday or Friday evening, from his Texas residence when I called from Ohio, mistakenly thinking he was still located in the Columbus area. He told me he pucked up the call when he saw it was coming from a Columbus area code because he still does a lot of work - remotely - for former Columbus clients. I can see why. THIS Columbus resident will call him again with any computer issues.

When I called him back several days after my first call to him to ask him to actually work on my tablet, he was able to start the work immediately. He accessed my tablet remotely and worked on it for 2 hours. I was on the phone with him the entire time (except when I had to take an incoming call) and he explained everything he was finding and what he was doing. When he finished removing the malware, he went through my entire tablet with me, removing things I don't use, addung ad blockers where appropriate, etc, so that my tablet now operates faster than ever.

I couldn't be more pleased with Bill's work, approachability, accessibility, and price. He was very kind. He never made me feel that anything I was asking was a dumb question and he explained everything in "layman's" terms. If you need help with anything PC-related, do NOT hesitate to call Bill's PC Repair. I'm confident you'll be pleased with his customer service and the quality of his work.

The work is one of the best I've ever had and they're polite and they explain pretty good.

My PC wasn't loading Windows for a month straight and after calling the manufacturers to my products and going to other repair shops I thought my PC was dead.that is until I went to Bill and he fixed it and fixed other issues with it! He did it all in a day like he promised and he was super nice, will be going to him from now on and I recommend everyone to go to Bill for any issues!

I called this business on around 11am. He was able to get me in and fixed by 2: 30. To top it off I needed a power supply and graphics card put into a different pc and he not only did that work but redid all the unruly wire maintenance and cleaned the pc. I couldn't be happier with the services he provided.

Friendly, affordable, and patient. Got an amazing custom PC for gaming that runs beautifully and the priceless experience of learning about the parts and setup. I knew little about computers before, but he was happy to answer my many questions and concerns.

Super nice guy, very knowledgeable. Offered to test a pc I was buying 2nd hand, and he did a very thorough job with that, as well as, the little bit of work I had him do to it after purchase. Would recommend.
