They don't take walk-ins, but you wait 2 hours after your appointment time before being seen by a screener. You can easily spend 4 hours there for your first donation. They are not as organized as CSL or even Grifols.

Great environment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only thing I didn't like was that the good promotions are only offered to first time donors. I made $125 each donation when I started. But after I finished the 4 visits included in my promotion then they only wanted to offer me $40 and then $85. Which included that I make both donations within a week to make $125. I only have the option to donate once a week and $40 doesn't even cover the gas money it cost me to drive to BioLife. I'd to keep donating but it's not worth it

Do not use the app to schedule your appointments, it will not allow you to get your appointments appropriately in during a promotion. You will get short of what was proposed.

This place is going down hill quickly. The owners are getting greedy and opening up way too many appointments when they do NOT have the man power to get donors in and out, while being respectful of everyones time. The staff at the vitals desk needs to complain and talk less - there are often "huddles" that take their time and attention away from getting their jobs done. I was there 3 hours today (for $40!) as a return donor, at no fault of my own. The machine was glitchy and staff seemed to scatter, leaving only a few to monitor those in the beds. Absurd with what is being tolerated and the poor management, which appears to be wearing on the staff in the donation areas. I'm going back to the red cross to actually "donate" blood, where they are respectful of my time and I will receive nothing in return. Biolife should be ashamed at what little they are paying donors and how poorly they are supporting their staff, while turning around and selling my plasma for $1000-1500. Shame on this company.

Also- don't bother sending the computer generated- "Please let us know how to contact you. " Clearly if someone was paying closer attention to the previous concerns written here over the last 4 months, things would have improved at this point.

Michelle J was so friendly and did an exceptional job explaining the whole process to me. I barely felt anything when she poked me. Highly recommend this place. It was super clean and the process was quick.

There has not been a time that I did not wait. Today I left there was 15 people ahead of me in the donating line! This is unacceptable! If you do not have the staff to keep up you need to fix your scheduling! This is ridiculous and and not fair to your patients! FIX YOUR SCHEDULING

Staff is friendly and professional but my first time donation took well over 4 hours. It should not have taken that long.

This place is EXTREMELY slow. They MAKE you make appointments but it takes an hour and a half to even get through the LINE. WHY? Then they keep taking these NEW donors ahead of people who have been waiting for that hour and a half! Some people have jobs and make these APPOINTMENTS to get in and out! BioLife is SUPPOSED to be helping donors AND patients. You should treat your RETURNING DONORS BETTER!

My husband and roommate went here for the first time yesterday and it was an absolute joke. Took 4 to 5 hours for them to “process them” just to tell my roommate he was medically incompetent because he has a diagnosis of Bipolar and he had to go to the doctor to be deemed competent. This is completely insulting and rude. My husband did end up donating which took the entire process time up to 7 hours. He left at almost 9PM last night to make 100 dollars. I’m completely and utterly flabbergasted. Not only is he terribly bruised meaning he can’t go back to donate until the bruising goes away but he nearly passed out when the pulled the needle out and walked away leaving him to continue to bleed everywhere. The staff was rude and told my roommate to essentially stop complaining about how long it was taking or he could leave.if you dont want to spend all day here i would recommend CSL. Usually takes about 2 to 3 hours the first time and around an hour any other visit. They also don't claim you to be medically incompetent because of a mental health disorder and aren't rude and insulting.

Tried to donate for the first time yesterday and ended up leaving after 45 minutes because I hadn't even been called back for the FIRST step. When I asked how long it was going to take, they said I could be there upwards of 4 hours. There was a line of 8-10 people waiting for a bed and many others waiting for the nurse, questionnaire, or physical. Way too many appointments are being scheduled without enough staff or beds.

The website said that the first appointment should take 2 hours and repeat donors should take 1 hour. Repeat donors were standing (no chairs) in line for an hour before even getting to a bed.

When I came in, the woman at the front desk was rude and didn't seem to know what she was doing. I gave her my passport and ID and she had no idea where to find my social security number.

This location is so unorganized and overbooked, I won't be trying to donate again.

Why schedule appointments and then have people waiting in line for 45mins to an hour. Then they wait close to 10-15 mins before getting stuck. Too much talking amongst the staff causing productivity to be slow!

I went to this place, did the whole 90 min wait, got denied because of my type 2, which at over 15 other places in the country I have never had an issue with. But this place has some lame rules about it. Funny thing is that plasma is needed by so many people but these places are cheap after they get you in, if you get in at all. Oh well I am a great doner never an issu. But anyways on to another place already.
