Poor customer service. There's no one at the front desk to check in or answer phone calls that I've seen each time I go here. I've tried calling several times to find out info on payment for donation BEFORE I arrive. I also schedule ahead on the website and answer all the questions before coming in, to help expedite my visit. Today I had a 9am appointment. I waited nearly 45 minutes before the tech called me back to do my pre intake. Before I get seated, I asked him what the rates were for donating as I couldn't reach anyone prior. He was very put off that I was even asking such questions and kept trying to make me sit down to process me. I kept asking because I wanted to know. He says (in a huff) last time he heard, it was 50 for the first time and 70 for the second in the same week. I then asked about other ways to donate that pay higher through their tetanus option. He went and got one of the nurses to come and answer. She said that she could see me AFTER I donated today.

No one gives you any info until you donate? ! I said fine and did the intake. I then went back out to the waiting area where I sat about 10 more minutes and overhead a tech saying that the donation for January 2024 was 40 first visit and 80 the second. No one could tell me this but it was enough to call it quits for me. I still hadn't been called back to donate an hour after arriving with my appointment and questionnaire already being done beforehand. Wasted time! They make you feel like you are greedy for wanting to know simple information!

This place is a nightmare of a waste of time. Unfriendly and pushy people. Just answer your lousy phones or better yet put something out in one of the many emails you constantly send with this information on it so people don't waste your time showing up with simple questions.

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is very clean. Am always in and out with a great experience.

I love it there staff is very nice and respectful makes me feel good knowing I can help people who need and they pay you very good if you're looking for a good place to donate I recommend this place don't take my word for it come check it out you see for yourself

Wasted my time called up to see if I was eligible to donate the lady otp said yes I'm eligible just to get told no I'm not when I walked in wasted my time.

Fr this plasma place is beyond ridiculous my issue is you got me deferred I'm not even in the system when it was griflos I was donating took my cuff off cuz my donation was over the cuff was tight causing my arm pain mind anyone who reads this over. A year or so ago in my defense the deferral should be lifted considering your not griflos no more i would highly recommend against going to this place just fyi other center pay more n they don't have staff with chips on there shoulder

Went for my first time tonight. I’ve never donated before so the process was a bit longer. Staff was super kind and informative. Very clean and the process was simple. Will be back!

They waste a lot of time and do not always pay you. I like donating in PA and really, so far, have hated the experience of donating in Ohio. They think people are doing this out of kindness. We are not. We need money.

The staff here including the management are rude and racist. They don't know what each other talks about. They are never on the same page the place is a mess

Given that they take your information at the very beginning for new donors, it astonishes me that after waiting over 2 hours, I was turned away. Why? They had a profile with my maiden name not married name. I shouldn’t have a profile because I never donated. However, with the information given, they would have known from the very beginning my information didn’t match what was in their system. It’s a slap in the face to have me sitting for over 2 hours for nothing. Don’t waste your time.

I came here to donate to help others, as i was sitting waiting for about an hour 10 people have went in front of me to get their vitals as i approached the front desk she had told me there was a new system and i had already got my vitals taken, when i did not.i proceeded to leave and she said if i left i would be unable to return for the day when i still have not gotten my vitals taken, the management at this place is terrible and unprofessional.i would not recommend anyone to donate here unless you want to be treated poorly.

They stuck me severely several times. They had 2 nurses stick me a total of 4 times on one arm and refused to pay me unless I let them stick my other arm too. Then proceeded to laugh about me saying it hurt.

Clean but slow as hell, update even more unorganized than prior. Still clean but that's because no one comes here it seems. Staff lazy, untrained. Misinformation and generally wasting of time are to expected.
