The houses they built are perfectly build. I love the Birmingham models houses. Hey let's go to Maronda or go nowhere. The houses are specious.

Bill has been very responsive and knowledgeable so far in this experience. My husband and I like to ask lots of questions and he is certain to find the right answers.

I’m actually in Hickory Grove but it was not listed. This is my family’s second new build with Maronda. They are great!

Nikki was friendly, no pressure. Even on a day with multiple technicial problems she was able to do a great job of explaining the benefits of buying with Maronda. She is great!

Very poorly built homes! Builders do not know how to seal up a house and there are huge gaps in the framing! Looks like they are in a hurry to build a home and get to the next to make a dollar!
