BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse reviews
40Food was great, waitress was great constantly checking on us making sure we was good and if there was anything else we needed, however the host or whomever he was when we walked in didn't seem too friendly like he didn't want to be there nor cared, he was either training someone new or she was learning a new position in the restaurant so when it came time to seat us she was the one that was going to but we didn't know she was so when he said she would be seating us after standing there for 2 mins looking at him he rudely said she's seating you as if we could read his mind because she didn't say well follow me but the lady he had seat us obviously couldn't count. We had 3 in our party we received 1 menu (I get that you can view the menu when you scan the QR code and the whole covid thing but they was paper menu's) but we wasn't given the option of more menu's sharing 1 menu between 3 people whose never been there would of taken forever, my mom would of never been able to figure out what to do with the QR code option had they not of had paper menu's, then she only gave us 2 sets of silverware as if she couldn't count the 3 adults she sat at the table. Glad I didn't let his attitude or her inability to count and her unfriendlyness sway us from eating there since the food was amazing.
My partner had tri tip & shrimp scampi. Chef really knows how to cook. Really enjoyed how tender beef was. Shrimp cooked perfect. I had ribs. Fall off the bone tender. Salads were fresh. Rice and baked spud also good. Our first visit there and look forward to returning. I went with servers recommendations for a lite beer an really liked it!
Food is just ok, sent back over cooked calamari. The restaurant is very dirty. The dust on the ledge between the tables was appalling and the women's bathroom was horrid. Won't be going back.
The staffing shortage caused us to wait over 20 minutes for a take in a restaurant 80% empty.
BJs needs to step up and pay servers a living wage.
Our server was excellent and got a 30% tip.
First time visitor. Great food, friendly service, and so many beers! Try the burgers or the sirloin.
Do not plan on ordering the double bone in pork chop in the evening. 2nd time I was there and they were out. Place does not plan well
BJ's berry blast cider is delicious and will definitely sneak up on you if not careful. Good tasting food and comparable prices to other upscale type dining.
Huge menu and drink selection.
Good and clean atmosphere.
Fast and friendly waitstaff.
Just ordered them to go (through doordash) they forgot an order of fries and put diced up onions on a plain cheeseburger, terrible it was the simplest order and they couldn't handle it
We were able to get seated right away at about 6 in the afternoon. That was excellent. They got one meal wrong of our party of 5. The rice in my Jambalaya dinner was mostly hard. Lots of TVs to catch sports of all kinds. Overall it was decent.
Food is good and the menu is very large which I appreciate! However every time I've been with my wife service hasn't been much to brag about.
Great menus. Something for everyone. Balance of trendie God's and comfort foods. Service was top of the line. We had a good experience.
Good food, service was not great, system went down and had to wait 25 mins for server to get manager to fix and get us our bill, manager and server never apologized for the delay.
By far the best restaurant! A huge menu with just about everything in it. The double bone pork chop melts in your mouth. A great selection of drinks as well. The Pizookies are also the best dessert I've ever had. Give this place a try you wont regret it.
Although it is somewhat expensive and very difficult to get seated when busy, I love the atmosphere, the food, and the staff. Everyone is so nice. The one time I went in it took them quite a while to get my drink out, so they gave me a free pizooki! Very accommodating and I love that they have handicap tables.
I was there to pick up a take out order. Since I drive for a delivery service, I am on a schedule. I waited in excess of 25 minutes for the order. The cashier had a bit of an attitude, too. I guess I just picked the wrong day to go in there. That's not the first time this has happened.
There is something for everyone here. Their menu is pretty much a novel so it's close to impossible to not find something you like. However prices are pretty high for what you get. Food is pretty standard sports bar taste. Good place for families, coworkers, and friends.
My burger and fries were amazing. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and added a egg. Best decision ever. I don't know what they did to the fries but they were amazing. I will definitely be returning.
Food was good, only complaint was the soup was Luke warm. Service was on the slow side. Other than that all was good.
Way too much to read/look at on the menu.friendly service, but 60$ for a couple burgers and an app, to go! Yikes
We went there over the summer and they satis at a table that had not been set and had dirty napkins on the seats we asked to be put at a different table they set us at another table that was sticky and the floor underneath was dirty and again silverware on the seats. We decided we were just going to leave we didn't even get any waiter coming over to check on us in the amount of time that we had set at the dirty table
